Good quality, cooks well and has a nice crunch to it, especially for when you are avoiding meat. Use it regularly as it’s supposed to be good in vitamin K for circulation.

Very good stuff I used similar mushrooms before and I was happy I found them here. I will definitely buy them again . Size of pack and price are very good

Be careful with dosage. I made the mistake to hydrate all of them and I`ve got a considerable quantity, which I hade to share with my neighbors to avoid throwing them out. Learned the lesson on hard way. The mushroom are delicious, I love them.

These are interesting, the swell up nice and big, rubbery texture. Absolutely no flavour at all though. Still made a nice visual topping

Clean, fresh product. Very good quality. Rehydrates perfectly for a genuine Chinese salad experience. Highly recommended.

Having lived in China and tasted the real McCoy I can truly say that these are the real deal. The weight thing threw me as I have no perception of such things via desciptions, only feel. I took the plunge and ordered and was not disappointed with the goods once I received them. There's enough for me for at least a year (5 ounces). All Chinese dishes I have used them in thus far has "hit the spot".

Works well with sauces and soups. Love it and definitely will order again if ill run out.

Bought this week; 5 out of 5 for flavour, they are really tasty. However, these are already a year old and have only one year left before the expiration date. Might send them back and buy fresher ones from an Asian supermarket, as we did with the current lot. Can we ask Amazon to list packing and use by dates on food items please. When you buy in a shop you always can check these dates.
