Carlson makes great vitamins
My doctor recommended taking B12 vitamins and I did some research and liked that Carlson made a chewable tablet. My family has been using Carlson for several years now and have been extremely pleased with their vitamins.

Important to use cyanocobalamin instead of metylcobalamin.
Excellent product. I had been giving myself shots once a week due to a medical condition that had dropped my B12 level into the low 200's. A very serious problem. This product keeps it stable.
