Behavior does not match excellent reviews
I'm really surprised these get such great reviews. The quality seems great but the design is flawed, at least in my opinion. Multiple issues:1. Most importantly, this is a stiff design and every time I lean forward at my desk the back hits my collar and my glasses get pushed forward down my nose. If I have more than a normal collared shirt, for example a sweatshirt, I would have to take this off if I want to use my glasses.2. Because they are stiff, wire material, they're bulky when not used. This means they take up a lot of space wherever you put them AND even more importantly ... it's not practical to pack them in a glasses case.3. Even at fully extended, there's not much extra room to get them over my face. If I have a baseball hat on ... that has to come off before taking off the glasses. This is a nuisance for me because I often have sun glasses and readers around my neck.Live and learn. I'll return to soft material for my glasses holders.

Disappointed, stopped using within a week
Purchased these as suggested when searching for similar products and it had good ratings. The idea to 'lose the tail' was the biggest attraction as my last set of lens straps annoyed me forever with the tail. Out of the package, I had high hopes as the size adjustment seemed simple and appeared to hold but I quickly found these simply couldn't keep my glasses on my head. I frequently slip my glasses up on my forehead-hairline and with these straps the glasses would more often than not slip off my head or slide back down my face. Something in the straps was allowing the glasses to loosen from their perch and slide off my head. What ultimately made me throw these away within a week was that the rubber sleeves that slip over the arms of the glasses was too loose. I could look down and the simple weight of the glasses was enough to cause them to slip out of the rubber sleeves. At that point, they are useless. I threw away the other two in the pack and am now searching for something better.

Awkward to wear
These eyeglass retainers certain keep glasses in place both when you're wearing the glasses or when they're hanging around your neck; however, when wearing the glasses since the retainer is made of stiff plastic "wires" they don't drape down on your neck. Instead, they seem to stick out behind your neck, thus rigidly hitting your shirt or jacket collar or the headrest on the car seat.

Very comfortable!
The older I get, the more I need these. I used to have to keep taking my glasses off to read anything in small print. The glasses would sit on my lap or a table next to me and get dropped on the floor, or stepped on by my lap dog! These have solved the problem entirely. They are very easy to attach to the frames of my glasses, and are adjustable to the point that I never remember they are part of my glasses. I got a set of 3 and I'm really glad I got them. The price is so affordable!

GREAT PURCHASE AT A REASONABLE PRICE
These eyeglass retainers were exactly what I was looking for. My glasses were annoying me all the time because they would slip down my nose, and I would have to constantly push the frames back into place. With the Sidelinx retainer, they stay exactly where I want them too. I found that the 3 pack was very useful. I used one for my reading glasses, one for my sunglasses and the third is for a pair of glasses I wear only when I play basketball. All in all, I am a satisfied customer.

Great for Sport Sunglasses
I bought these to replace the Croakies straps I used on my sport sunglasses. They fit on my Oakley and Smith sunglasses, both too expensive to lose and both used in mountaineering adventures where they could be lost. Because these retainers do not have a tail there is nothing bobbing up and down on the back of my neck on trail runs or being scrunched up under the straps of my biking helmet. Easy to adjust, snug fit on the sunglasses frame and no tail; I wish I had found these years ago.

I won't lose my eyeglasses when I'm out feeding the goats anymore!
Last week, I was feeding the goats. It was hot, I was sweaty, and when I came back in the house, I realized my glasses had slid right off my nose and onto the ground. It was dark out, so my husband took out a flashlight to find my glasses. Fortunately, he did find them. So I decided to find something to keep my glasses where they are supposed to be.I bought these, and I really like the way I can adjust them to keep my eyeglasses in exactly the right place. When I bend over, they don't slide down my nose anymore. My goats will no longer be able to knock them off my face when I'm giving out treats. You don't even feel them, they are so lightweight. No one can see that I have these things holding my glasses on, so I don't feel like an old lady.Definitely well worth the money, and they work.

Easy to adjust, stays in place and keep your glasses from moving around on your face.
I was looking for a strap to hold my new safety glasses in place, was not a fan of the “tail” look and wanted something adjustable. The adjustable eyeglass strap from Sidelinx looked promising so I thought I’d try them. Was not disappointed as they slipped right on, allowed for perfect adjustment which can be easily loosened or tightened. Once adjusted they stay in place until you want a change…highly recommend these adjustable straps for glasses that don’t stay in place.
