Not too much sodium. 479 mg Potassium, 240 mg Sodium, 135 mg Calcium, 43 mg Magnesium, basically 10% of the RDA of these elements. - Lot numbers and expiration dates are laser printed on each bottle cap. Negative aspects: - 80 calories, all from added sugar. In addition to the dextrose sugar the non-caloric Stevia is also listed on the ingredient list. - Vitamin Blend. Contains a B vitamin complex , 100% RDA of B3, B6 and B12. I do not see the need for this B vitamin supplementation in a hydration drink. Excess levels of these vitamins are not without risk. So many supplements have these B vitamins added to them also. If you eat well you are getting these from real foods. If you take a multi-vitamin you are getting them also. If you take any other supplements, check the label , some of them might be giving these B vitamins to you also. It would be easy to get more than you need, or potentially want. - Coconut Water is prominently included in the product title. There is also a graphic in the listing that says "100% COCONUT WATER". Coconut water is listed as an ingredient but it is way, way down on the list (which must be ordered from high to low content), in-between critic acid and natural flavors. In contrast, Water is the #1 ingredient on the list. I interpret that as meaning that there is a negligible amount of Coconut water in this drink and it is listed on the label just for marketing purposes. Dextrose is #2 on the list and it is responsible for the 17g of added sugar. It is about 3% of the contents by weight. You can take a guess at how little of the contents if actually Coconut Water based on where it is in the list. Summary: Overall, it has a pleasant taste and a fresh aroma. Not overly sweet, not overly salty. I tend to use my hydration mixes on the weak side so I like to add about 50% more volume of water to this drink, for my tastes. That somewhat negates the RTD aspect. The drink has a very pale, purplish hue to it.

The product information on the bottle is so small that I had to take pictures & blow them up to read. The second ingredient is the sweetener. It is very sweet. I had to search for information if it needs refrigeration after opening. It does. Picture included. The only way I can drink it is to cut it with water.
