This was the first purchase from IndicWisdom. When I tried cooking with this oil, the food tasted bitter.As I reached out to the Indicwisdom team about my grievance, the team (Customer service team member - Miss Rupali) patiently heard me out and reasoned out that transferring the oil in other containers causes exposure. The moisture in the air (around monsoon) can also be causing this issue.As I was their first-time customer, the team arranged to send me a fresh batch oil bottle to ensure that I am satisfied with the product.I am very impressed with the team's professionalism, product quality and overall customer service experience. I highly recommend this product.

Amazon quality issue
Initially oil is fine but last oil giving very bad smell that time you can't claim return or refund because these are non returnable items .

Bitter taste
I have ordered peanut oil from this brand a few times. This one time the oil tastes bitter. Anything cooked in it becomes bitter. Thoroughly disappointed.
