I had to quickly return this as it did not fit. I purchased the "1-3T" size and it does not fit my 20 month (17 month corrected) old toddler. It's a beautiful beanie but the rim does not have much of a stretch to it and I was so sad to send it back. Other than that, it's soft and looks made well. This is an overall wonderful beanie but just not for my kiddo.
