you need 2 pumps, but after that it lathers very very well and is very moist and does not leave hair feeling oily or dry. It is of the few Shapoos that I trust with my very sensitive scalp and damaged hair. If you have normal hair this also is very gentle yet cleanses perfectly and super hydrates hair 199% recommend this.
