Leivi smart toilet is great product, delivers on promise, it has smart functions for what you need most. For one, when you sit on it, it gives it gives warmth with heated seat, then it pre-flushes to make it easy for solids to flush after you go, after you are done, the automatic flush is great, you don't have to touch anything. The installation instructions were easy to follow and pretty simple, I did it myself and has everything you need in the box, including a valve and wax ring.

I have had smart toilet seats from different vendors but this is the first complete smart toilet with exceptional features. Some Features are Auto Lid opening, Auto Flush, Various Spraying Settings & Ambient Lighting, Warm water option, Ergonomic Heated seat with various heat level settings, although I haven’t used many of its smart features yet but eventually will. Initially, I was having trouble with the toilet not cleaning efficiently. Worked with customer support by the name of 'Sadia' who helped and responded to every email I sent her. She went over and beyond in helping and surpassed, outperformed and exceeded my expectations. Her responses were very detailed and thorough in resetting some of the great features this toilet has to offer. The company also sent me a new upper upgraded seat at no charge which arrived in few days of shipping the product and they also provided the tracking information via email. I hired a professional plumber to replace the upper seat although I think it was very easy to replace myself. Everything seems to work perfectly. I will provide more reviews as I use and get to know this smart toilet. I will highly recommend this product with exceptional product support after purchase. This company stands by their product and offers an excellent customer & technical support to its buyers. In summary I would say for the price and features that this toilet offers I am very satisfied with it. I am hoping it will continue to operate without any problems in the future. For now, I will give 5 stars to this product and the customer support team.

Works well. All the functions operate correctly and install was pretty straight forward. Only issue I have was with the remote flush button that came with it. I programed it several times but it never would flush the toilet. The hands free options that are built in are usually all I use so it's nbd. The nightlight and heated seat are nice features. Over all the price point and quality cannot be beat.

The toilet was amazing but what truly made us happy was their customer support. Whenever we had problems with the toilet they always replied to our messages right away and even sent us replacements to fix our issues. We truly recommend this product and their excellent customer support!
