I like the quality but I don't like the price) There is no alcohol and side effects! It works good for bedtime. If it is cheaper, I will buy more often.

I'm really impressed with this Valerian Root Liquid Extract. First a little goes a long way. I add some Valerian liquid to water right before before bed. (Recommend taking little bit) I take right before bed and sleep well through the night. I recommend taking this to get good night sleep. I'm not one to give reviews. This really is game changer to get good night sleep.

I read the reviews on the taste & they are spot-on. I really did not care about the taste. I am weaning off my sleeping pill and just wanted to sleep. The first night of using it, I slept for 4 hours. Though I used Benadryl as well but let’s say it worked. The sleep wasn’t the restful type I was hoping for but I did not have vivid dreams like with melatonin where I dreamt of fighting lions & defeating them with my bare hands, lol! The second night, regardless of taking more, it did not work. I could also not find a certification to give me some confidence from an independent body on these unregulated supplements we buy online. FDA does not regulate them so I kept wondering if the very pills I’m running from are thrown into these overpriced supplements since the pills ingredients cost less than 1/50th of the cost of these products. Putting “Certified organic” without stating which body certified you is not helpful. Are you ISO, GMP certified? Trusting these little known companies is a huge deal for me as DSHEA does not provide for an FDA oversight. I’m only hoping I did not take cannabis or mushrooms as I just want a natural product to sleep. They did not calibrate the dropper. I’m going to keep using it even if it’s placebo as I want to get off rx sleep meds & don’t know what else to use. The dietary supplement sector is getting off easy, the consumers are not sure of what is really in some products. I hope it works for all who are taking it for sleep!

I have been in opioid recovery for the past 13 years. My addiction started in my early teens so unfortunately I have done permanent damage and sleep and I don’t get along well. Couple that with being an anxious mom, I have not had an unmedicated full nights sleep in over a decade. I have been taking various pharmaceuticals over the years including trazadone, hydroxyzine, lorazepam, otc’s like unisom, Benadryl, NyQuil, etc. I am tough to knock out. Falling asleep can be an issue, but staying asleep is the real problem. I wake every 2 hours like clockwork. I have been quite scared of the long term damage of the meds combined with long term issues of lack of sleep. I added this tincture to my tea last night with an ashwagandha +L-theanine, maca & vit D gummy. This tincture smells like feet so be warned, but I slept last night. All night. I’m speechless. I feel rested today, I feel good this morning. Never in a million years did I expect to go to bed last night without taking my prescription sleep meds. I figured I’d wake up and need to pop my pill, and I didn’t. Granted, it was only one night. And I will be back to update if things change. But for now, I am grateful to myself for taking a shot at this and giving it a go. I don’t even think I needed the gummy as I have been taking them for a while. I feel lasts nights success can be attributed strictly to the valerian. So like I said, just give it a try. It might work, it might not. But I am someone that laughs at natural remedies. They could never work for me, in my mind. And I’ve been proven wrong.

This product without alcohal in it made me so sick. My heart raced, it made me dizzy headed to a point walking to the bathroom was like almost impossable without holding onto things. I donot drink alcohal &,only use herbal products to stay healthy..I not only did not sleep ,I slept worse than I've ever slept ever & I dont sleep well is why I tried it. Tried to go to bed at my normal time of 10:30 and fell asleep around 1:30 after taking it an hour before 10:30 pm sleep hours. I woke up at 4am with the worst headache I've ever had & I dont get headaches. The fast heart beat kinda scared me because I'm a healthy person with only sleep issues. This says it relaxes you, NO IT DOES NOT!! at least not for me it had very bad adverse reactions & I was stupid after reading the reviews & expected greatness from this product & bought 2 bottles. I think I'll stick with Melantonan. I may wake up groggy but not have my heart scare the crap outta me...Taste was not bad I didn't think it had a earthy lite taste. I only used 8 drops in water. I wanted a refund & after filling out the refund questioner it says not refundable. I'm out for 2 bottles & was hoping to use to try a different product. I'm writing this not only with a headache but super tired from the problems it gave me & still a bit dizzy. Don't buy it if you've never tried any of this kind of product before. So very disappointed to waist my money on this organic product. 😵‍💫😟 UPDATE: Amazon gave me back my money for this product.. ty Amazon
