Retired USA E8 and am 70 years old. Ride cross country and had to switch to an electric bike since having a knee replacement. Rode 30.54 miles today at level 3 with an average speed of 17.3 mph and 1:45 minutes. These are country roads in Texas and have a mixture of flat and hills roads which all are paved. At the end of the ride I still had two dots left on the battery monitor. The first time I rode I really pressed it and rode on level 5 going 23 to 36 mph depending if it was uphill or flat road. Went about 20 miles with the lights on and still had 1 dot left on the battery monitor. The instructions that come with the bike are poorly written and don't give trouble shootiing pointers in case you run into a snag. Not really that hard to assemble. Great bike!!!

The Ebike is durable, stylish and comfortable to ride. In addition the battery life allows me to ride all day and return in the late evening. The customer service is great, answered all questions and helped me replace a few parts based no fault of my own. If you can get your hands on one of these Ebikes I definitely recommend it. You will love it and get lots of compliments when you are out riding 100%... I'll buy the new version when it's available

Don't buy guy rip off bike did not have battery wheel missing petals missing charger missing i guess bike was stolen

I love this bike. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because my headlight came broken. And the instructions were not in box. But this bike is powerful and fast. I can take right out and when I am in traffic it's great because it's fast and has a great take off. I wish the handlebars cud move.

everything on this bike is replaceable with off the shelf parts, the example i bought worked perfectly off the shelf, and i would be hard pressed to come up with a complaint about the product that i received. with that i cannot help but see that this was probably some military project that got struck. it can climb a 60 degree grade without working too hard and float around at 30mph as silently as anything can move that fast. this bike is a weapon but i love it.

Bike arrived in good packaging, no damage. Handled well on old logging road switchbacks, and some mountain trails. I can not get to Bike to go faster than 33mph...and that was going down hill. Also, taking the battery off the bike can damage the electrical pouch under the support bar
