Very helpful!
Very bright. I used this while putting ornaments back in attic. The wide field of view prevents accidents in dark areas without lighting. It provides good light about 8 ft in front. It is focused only at what you are looking at which is nice because your peripheral vision is still illuminated. It definitely helped with tasks that can be annoying if not well lit. It worked so well I immediately order two more for my adult kids.

Really excellent…. But….
💥💥 This OV LED light is a game changer when going out at night to do things. It was night time and I just put a car battery in my truck before righting this review and with this on my forehead light followed me wherever I went. Under the hood was all lit up nicely. Crazy me went out at 11 P.M. one night to spray spotted Lanternflies here in NJ and it was so easy looking all through the branches in a tree on a step ladder with the LED light strip on my head and a spray bottle in the other. Never a need to have to hold a flashlight in one hand while doing tasks of any type. With this on its light wherever you look. If has a 2 level switch - high, low and off. No crazy multiple pushes or a hold of the button to get it to work. I don’t need blinking SOS or red so it’s a simple 1, 2 or 3 press to go through the modes, bright, low, off. There are two rows of 10 LED lights making 20 in total that go wide enough to cover your field of view from the left to right sides. No dark areas. This is very bright and I prefer the light color and brightness of this OV LED over the Lightbar that I bought for my daughter. That LED strip is much stiffer and harder so it’s more uncomfortable to wear for an extended period of time. I’ve come inside my house after having this on and forgot to take it off until someone mentioned that I had it on. I’m actually wearing it as I’m typing my review. HAA. This one is more flexible and softer making it much more comfortable to wear. It bends like a soft leather belt and pay no attention to the reviewer that mentioned it being hot. If it’s 93 degrees in August anything will be warm on your head. I’m so glad that it takes AAA batteries vs being rechargeable. With a rechargeable you are beat if it’s dead and have to wait for an hour or more to use it. I have plenty of Amazon brand batteries in AAA, AA and C and a charger so I’m partly “green”. —-The only downsides —- I wish the battery life was a little better but that’s probably the trade off for brightness. For that reason I keep it on the low setting often which many times is sufficient. Also, since it is on your forehead above your eyebrows , where it sits is angled up being that your head is round and that is where the light is basically aimed. It would be nice if it was designed to aim down slightly to compensate for that because when you aim your head down slightly things in front of you get noticeably brighter. All brands are this way so it’s not a specific design flaw only for this brand. OV LED, make it tapered down a little please. The added bonus is that I prefer this brand overall to the Lightbar and it is half the price. Softer, more flexible, nicer light temperature (warmer kelvin) less money, simpler light mode switch … It’s a no brainer. But it now with no regrets. When I find something that I like this much I hope that it sells well enough to remain available if I ever want to buy it again which I definitely would do without hesitation.. 🤟🏼 to remain available if I ever want to buy it again which I definitely would do without hesitation.. 🤟🏼

After rechecking the price, this is 4 stars, you get a lot with this headlamp
I bought a 4x more expensive version and really like that one better, again, you get what you pay for. Though, with that said, this head lamp is perfect for hobbyists and up-close home repair. Anything more than that, and it would fail due to its short throw. You could wear it while walking, but really better in a neighborhood setting instead of hitchhiking at night while camping. It's greater for the former scenario since all it's acting as is as a signal to let cars know there is a person walking. The fact that this takes AAA and an odd number always bothers me since it screws up most battery sets leaving you with that odd last solitary AAA in the pack. Though, at $15, I wouldn't mind tinkering with it to see if I could retrofit a small lipo pack to it, shouldn't be too hard, the voltage nearly matches up. The picture shows the band holding the battery bank in place partially covering it, mine came with a thicker band that completely covered it which seems like a step up in quality, thankfully. The wires going to the off-the-shelf looking LED strip look like they're literally hot glued to create a semi-water-resistant barrier where the bare wire would otherwise be exposed. The band is comfy, flexible but strong enough to stay in place and since there isn't any rigidity to the strip of LEDs, means it too is rather flexible, and will fit more head shapes and sizes, which the more expensive one I bought can't say. Luckily for me I have a stupidly large head. Which is how I know that the elastic doesn't reach its limit with my 7 3/4 hat-sized head while having enough tension and grip to stay in place. The elastic is decent non-scratchy feeling. The light has a great spread, doesn't white-out anything making it perfect for hobbyist electronics tinkerers, home repairs, reading a book, etc. THOUGH the cheap dome button for the power, is hard to find and barely protrudes from its housing. It is also, annoyingly off-centered enough that you constantly forget where it is and blindly are hunting for it. All in all, for what you get, it works well. Use it for up close tasks or letting cars know you're walking in your neighborhood. Don't use it in the rain, and for hiking in the woods at night while camping, it's not powerful enough for that task. Also at $15, this is great toolbox, laundry room draw, nightstand, travel item. Works well, has two modes on or off, no dimming features I could figure out, and as such for those scenario listed.

Not as bright as some, but excellent for the price. I bought it for hiking and the wrap-around design creates a "flood light" affect and works perfect. The battery is at the back of my head where the weight is less noticeable, and the band is comfortable. I would definitely buy again.

Perfect for walking my dog up in the hills

Better than the other types of head lamps brighter and covers a wider angle with the lights. Also comfortable and you can get in tight spaces without bumping the front light off

思うほど明るく無いと言うお話 見かけますが 一般的には充分な明るさです、 広角に光り今までに無い面白い形だと 思います、この値段なら安い位だと思います
