LEGO City Mountain Police Headquarters 60174 Building Kit (663 Pieces)

My son purchased this and had it together in no time. He loves Lego but they are so expensive anymore. He is happy with it though.

My 4 year old loves LEGO and each box of LEGO brings smile on his face. I love gifting him LEGO every now and then and he just loved this one. It keeps him busy for hours. This one is big for his age still he sat for hours to complete this one and did do it. Very good for any LEGO lover.

Had fun building this with my son. LEGO never ceases to amaze me with the level of detail In their products. For example, the office has a little fish tank and a coffeee pot. So cute.

My eight year old Grandson loved it. He was able to assemble it by himself (with minimal help from Grandma) in about two and a half hours including play time with sections and accessories as they were completed..

My sin loves legos and he’s good and independent to assemble, he did it in around 1 hr without complaining, very nice set!

Solid LEGO set here: It takes a lot to get me excited about a LEGO police set based simply on the fact that they are overproduced in my opinion. If you purchased every police LEGO set available, you'd have more police officers than people in your LEGO city. Having said that, this set has a different feel and I think stands out from the typical LEGO police sets. The setting of 'in the woods and off the beaten path' helps this LEGO set grab my eye and keep my attention, and for that, I feel strongly about recommending it. Pros: ~ This set comes with an exclusive mountain lion... and it's awesome! ~ There are also 7 other LEGO minifigs included in this set, which is a good number considering the size and price point of this set ~ The designs (faces and torsos) on several of the LEGO minifigs are new and look great when fully assembled ~ There are several unique and exclusive LEGO pieces in this set... anytime you get a set with exclusive pieces in shape and/or color, it's always an added bonus ~ The police 4x4 vehicle is awesome... it's very sturdy and very solid, which is great news for the brickers out there who love to play rough ~ There's an awesome net shooter on top of the police station that actually functions ~ The motorcycle that comes with this set is pretty awesome... great blue coloring ~ The separate landing pad for the police helicopter is nice because it gives you more flexibility in layout and playability Cons: ~ The crook helicopter doesn't do much for me... poor design in my opinion ~ The piece count (total number of LEGO bricks) for the price point of this set isn't that great... keep your eyes open for a sale price Overall, I like this LEGO set and think it has a different feel than the typical LEGO police set. My grandkids loved it. 6 yr old and 10 yr old worked together to assemble without any conflict. Both proud of their work.

I gave this to my 7 and 1/2 year old twin sons for Christmas. They love building with it and playing with it for hours.
