It definitely is potent
There is no fishy taste nor smell. They are pretty big to swallow, but they are not dry and chalky so they go down regardless. Here’s why I know these work for me… as weird as some may think this is…. I bruise easily when I take these and if I take them with my blood pressure medicine it drops my blood pressure like a rock. Look it up. I read it on a legit medical site about supplement interactions with medications. This should not be taken at the same time you take your blood pressure medicine according to this site. Don’t take my word for it please. Ask your doctor or look it up. This is just what happened when I combined the two. Since I’m in frontline healthcare, I figured this information might help somebody because it’s likely many may be taking omega 3 as a preventative for cardiac related issues.Personally, I have no doubt these are potent. I will continue buying this brand. I’m on bottle number 2. Omega 3s properly balanced with the correct amount of EPA and DHA are little power packs. These have the balance I looked for for my purposes.

My ophthalmologist specifically recommended triglyceride formula fish oil for my eye health.Difficult to find, and expensive if you do.This is the right formula at a good price, and only one capsule per day!Win-win.

So far so good. Although not many doctors recommend, so in three months doctor wants to take test to see any effects. I prefer to open the capsule and pour in a glass of juice because pills are a bit large. Just be sure to use gloves or else fingers smell like anchovies.

no fish burps
I got these because they were non-fish oil based and they are great for that. There is no after taste at all. They are fairly large but easy to swallow because they are gels. So far have been pleased with this brand on every product I have purchased.

These actually work. Reduced my numbers to the "acceptable range" after a few months.

Not As Effective As Others
I use fish oil for dry eye. It is supposed to be a " trygliceride" formula. This one works some but not nearly as well as Nordic Naturals does. It is less expensive but does not get rid of symptoms like N.N. does
