OK Lighting FT-1223/1L 11.50" H Dolphin Table Fountain

I was excited to order this for a friend that loved Dolphins. Shipped and arrived quickly. As stated in other reviews the directions... well the ones I had were not clear. It told me to refer to the pump manual but I had no pump manual. Ihad no tube to connect the pump to the fountain. I had no adapter for the second plug in part of the pump. They saw it and loved it but was very disappointed because alot of pieces were missing. I am returning for another one. I hope this time I have all the pieces and instructions to set this up correctly.Update 07/05 got this and all the parts were here. It works perfect. Sounds great and looks even better.

I’m in love with this fountain! The ball spins and the different colors look beautiful and the sound is relaxing. Very excited to have this next to my bed :)Update: after having it for about 6 weeks, the plug adapter case broke open so I had To toss the whole thing because I couldn’t find a way to contact the company to get a new adapter. But I loved it and miss It so I’m going to buy another one probably

It a pretty piece, but not sure about the quality. I bought a used one first to try to save a little money, but it reeked like stale smoke. So I returned it and tried for a new one. It was shipped in the original box that looked like it had already been opened and reclosed. When I finally did open the box one of the tail fins was broken off. I’d return it, but a friend said they would fix it. So needless to say, I’m disappointed.

This thing is Hypnotic it really is quite beautiful. I know you would think it was tacky but it's not...not in the least. Directions were a little screwy but all you have to know is just plug everything into the pump LOL LOL. If you fill it a lot the quieter it is I preferred half-filled it sounds wonderful. I would start out full in a day or two she really sounds great. Love the Dolphins to.

The media could not be loaded. I am a collector of dolphins and this made a awesome addition to my collection easy assembly takes a few minutes to get going really good very relaxing and beautiful…

I bought it over a month, the charger was very weak. It breaks apart when I pull it off on the wall. And I can not find any replacement charger.

It was great for a while, but now it only lights up. Doesn’t suck up water. Also the case for the plug that goes into the wall is coming apart.Wish there were trouble shooting instructions. Maybe needs to be cleaned?
