IRWIN VISE-GRIP Pliers Set with Case, 8 Pieces (2078714)

They’re great. They fit your hand. They’re comfortable. The spring in the handle makes it easy to use. I love them. Only wish I purchased these sooner, but glad I finally did.

I looked at dozens of different sets, some of them from much more expensive manufacturers; I was convinced that I was going to have to pay hundreds of dollars to get something of good quality. To be completely honest, I'm not a huge fan of Irwin, but this set has done quite a lot to change my opinion of them. The faces on each set meet perfectly, the fit and finish are very good, and the case that they come in is surprisingly useful and well made.The grips are comfortable. The springs (on those that have them) are also solid (I'll update if there are any issues), and the overall construction is every bit as good as I have seen in much more expensive sets. If you're looking for something to keep at your electronics bench, this will absolutely do the job.If you're holding out for a better brand, don't; these are as good as you're going to get for less than $800...and let's be honest; those sets are marginally better at best, and more realistically, just overpriced.

I was initially disappointed as one set of pliers had the open spring not installed correctly and i had to mess with it to reset. Otherwise its a very well built set in a nice padded Nylon hand carry case. I use these on many projects from DIY, mechanical and 3D printing. It is worth spending a little more to get tools that will last a lifetime.

Very handy plier and cutter set. Very nice case too. Bought different sets of tools for my car so I know where they are and have the tool I need. Have used almost all the tools in this set in the short time owned. These are mid-sized tools, so pay attention to the sizes. These are better quality tools and could be considered for commercial use.

These are small tools, half size ones. They work great and I love Irwin tools but be aware these are not full size pliers. I was looking for a smaller set of finer work tools and these fit the bill perfect. The case is just the cherry on top, I love organization and the little stiff case shell makes that all that much easier. Defiantly worth the buy!

I was very ecstatic to get this product as I did not do my research and only assumed when I got it it was more of what a tweaker would use on a good day they're very small and not a size man's growning hand

Muy buena herramienta y de buena calidad me gusto mucho

Sujetaba una pieza de metal y al aplicar un poco de fuerza solo con la mano se rompió. Tengo muchos años usando herramientas y nunca se me habían roto algunas pinzas aun aplicando mucho mas presion de la que le metí a esta. Sospecho que hubo algún error en el tratamiento térmico.Es la primera mala experiencia con herramientas Erwin después de haber usado decenas de herramientas de ellos.
