I submitted an initial review of the item and would like to retract that review. After receiving this item and installing it, we had a water flow issue with the eyewash station. I received an immediate response to help resolve my issue. After a few back and forth messages with the manufacturer, they opted to send me a new unit with different spray (adjustable) heads. I received the new unit within days. I was impressed with the quick delivery. I installed the new unit and was amazed at the perfect operation of the unit. Easy installation works great

Very Good Product with a good finishing

It is good item but you will need to buy more additional items to connect to the water and the wall drain, maybe you need to buy another house cause the original house is very weak. Thank you

Sturdy

Overall it seems to be of good quality. Once mounted it is sturdy and works well. The only gripe I really have is the drain tube seemed to be welded a little off center so it looks out of level even though it is not

Hard to install but once in its great

Solid eye wash station, that is not junk. Very well build. The station is as described. Would purchase again.
