The media could not be loaded.  It’s a great book to study dearth in Chakra. Different from Vedic yoga but based on Korean yoga and it tells you about 3000 years old bowing meditation also. I highly recommend you!

I was quite impressed with Ilchi Lee's book on healing chakras. The information it contained was detailed but not boring, comprehensive but not overwhelming. It gave me a good understanding of how and why energy works within our bodies and how we can learn to forge a mind-body connection. I would recommend this book for anyone looking for enlightenment in any area of his or her life.

The Father in Heaven is Pure Energy and through His thoughts we exist. There is an inner body within each one of us that is in the Image of the Father. Our energy is in the hidden Chakra. Father's energy is unseen as well as the energy within us. This was also a free teaching of Lemuria found in the Symbols of Mu. Directed there by Christ as He wrote in the sand. Why do you feel you belong in Heaven? What inner knowledge is still veiled over by the darkness of man's spirit of Eve?

This book has the chakra system layed out in a simple and easy to understand way.

I checked this out at the library and I had to buy the book. I started doing some of the chakra opening exercises and I really felt something - first off - I am a skeptic but I really did feel a shift so I bought the book and I am going to start practicing this every day.

This book was discussed in a class I took. Since I was interested in the subject I decided to buy the book and find it interesting. I have recommended it to some of my classmates.

I am making a complaint. I received book with CD and the CD was in another language. I assume Korean. I wrote by email directly to Mr. Lee sent three emails and have still not heard from them. I am complaing in this section because I have looked everywhere for customer service and could not find. Please help me get the correct CD. I cannot be happy with this product if I can't use the CD. My email address is [email protected]. I sent Mr. Lee's organization all the info including my home address and that was about a month ago when I got the book. Hope you can help me. Margie Kozub

This book is dedicated to healing and health. The information presented is easy to understand and provides practical ways to practice self healing and general well being in our chaotic world. The CD offers a wonderful background for the meditative setting one would wish to create.

I think this book provides a good introduction to chakras for those who are new to the subject. However, nothing is covered in any depth. For those looking for something that goes deeper, 'Eastern Body, Western Mind' by Anodea Judith is highly recommended.

Cannot make any real comment because this was given as a gift. However, the recipient was thrilled with it and thanked me profusely.
