Great Product
Hygienist here. Glad to have products such as these Xylitol mints/gum to help reduce the risk for oral disease. Great tasting product, a great alternative to candy for those suffering from xerostomia (dry mouth). The container is slim enough to place in purse or pocket.

Does What it’s Meant to Do
I suffer from Sjogrens so I have dry mouth often. I wanted something I could carry in my purse and these are great for just that. The taste isn’t bad, I wouldn’t say they’re delicious-they’re just different. They’re good enough to keep as they work great so I don’t really care as much about the flavor. It dissolves pretty quickly too so it’s not like I’m tasting them for a long period of time. I would buy them again and I think it’s a great value for the money.

Good
The flavor is a tad weak and a little strange but I would describe it as fruity and fairly pleasant. These mints don't dissolve quite as quickly as some of the other mints I've tried but they still have that nice granular sweet consistency that I grew to love in my sugar fiend days. Thank God for xylitol!

Not my favorite flavor
Major name brands frequently have an insignificant amount of xylitol per mint. These, along with a number of other smaller brands, have at least .5 grams. This is important to pay attention to because xylitol helps with dental health in multiple ways. First, it does not cause cavities like a sugar-based mint would and by stimulating saliva, tends to repair past damage. Second and more importantly, it can can help prevent future damage from other meals by suppressing bacteria that would other generate cavity-causing acids. The latter is only true if you get enough xyiltol per day, spread throughout the day. From what I've read, that means 6-10 grams every day. With a mint that has .5 grams, you'll need to be sure to eat 12 to 20 mints every day to get this secondary preventative benefit. With major brands that only use a little xylitol, you'll never get enough.Sometimes Spry, another smaller brand is cheaper than these per mint, but not always. Prices and sources fluctuate, and sometimes these are the better deal.Gum is arguably a better delivery system for xylitol, however it also frequently contains titanium dioxide (which may or may not be dangerous) and it is more expensive. As I'm not a big gum fan anyway, these mints are right up my alley. In the "fresh fruit" flavor, I detect a hint of banana and a hint of citrus. Not exactly my favorite, and the amount of flavor seems minimal compared to my favorite epic mints, the cinnamon, but in addition to providing some variety, these mints are also nice to have around tea time as the minimal flavor enhances, but does not change the flavor of the tea.
