The toolbox is amazing the customer service from Amazon was a disaster..7 times to chat to different people just to have the order dispatched!

High Quality Tool Chest
Very Quick delivery, the tool box itself looks good is built to a high quality. And it's so much. Ginger than it looks in the photo. I had doubts at first paying £160 for the tool chest but since it's been here and have it set up at work I am very impressed with my purchase would totally recommend it.

Dented
Item was dented on unpacking, the box was even dented from the inside out, this demonstrated poor quality control from teng, item was also dented from the inside out.

Shame it was dented...
As with other reviews, mine turned up with a pretty big dent in it.The packaging was pristine so these must be factory seconds or something, which might explain why they're so much cheaper.The dent in mine is largely cosmetic, but the lock is a bit fiddly to operate because of it.It is a nice box though.

Good tool box, but arrived dented.
The tool box is great, exactly what I expected, unfortunately the front was dented, which is annoying, but not enough for me to return the product.

Fantastic tool box. Only downside was it was delivered in a box that had a picture of the item on the side so my bf knew what he was getting for christmas!

Wish I got mine in good condition
I received mine damaged . Looked like someone dropped the inside box and then continued to put it in the shipping box . I got my money back though
