Great Power Bank!
So far it’s great. Long life and works just like sated. It is a bit heavy but ability to charge 3 devices at once, fast recharge and amount of time between recharge is well worth it! Still haven’t recharged and I charge 3 device 4-5 times a week from this power bank.

Worth the money
This power bank is everything it says. I would love to see an digital display instead of the little LED lights for charging, but it's not a game changer. This battery can completely recharge my iPad and still have a ton of power left. I have used it for my laptop as well in those longs days of meetings when everyone is hoarding outlets and it provides enough for the whole day. Not sure this is downside but my wifes laptop uses a proprietary charging cable (not USB-C) and so there was no way for her to use it--keep that in mind if you plan on using it for a laptop the OUTS are USB. I would like to see the charging ports for this battery as USB C and not micro USB, but again not a big deal.

Seems like an essential piece of equipment to have
Updated review: Upgrading to five stars after an obviously new replacement item arrived extremely quickly, in a day or two. I think the thing itself is great. It does charge slowly, as many have noted, but seems to hold its charge very well once charged up. (To charge it, I used both cables and left it overnight.) I plugged my phone into it during a drive of 2.5 hours and found once I reached my destination that my phone was charged up to some extent, though not all the way; but again, others have pointed out that this battery will not charge a phone (or whatever) as fast as a wall socket will. It did what I wanted it to, which was make sure I wouldn't find myself in the middle of nowhere with a dead phone, and at the end of the trip, the battery still had four lights lit. (One curious note: My sister bought this same battery--same brand, same 26,800--some time ago and hers is noticeably smaller than mine. You'd think they'd be getting smaller rather than bigger, but maybe it's about preserving the price point or something. So mine is rather large, but not problematically so.) Original one-star review: Paid for a new one, received a used one. The tape that would have been sealing the box closed had already been slit open, and the item itself was scuffed.

Loads of Power!Mini Reactor :) Intelligent Charging
SHORT VERSION: It's High Capacity, Well Built, Intelligent IQ Charging, Lasts for Days, 2 option recharge, Three USB Ports and all three output the same! You'll love it! FULL VERSION: Kind of a long one, but just wanted to share my thoughts and usage. Do you need the power storing capacity of a small nuclear reactor in your pocket?? Well, this isn't per se, a nuclear reactor, but it is a high capacity, portable and easy to use power bank. The mesh like pouch included is also very nice! I'm a vaper (9 years and still alive, screw you FDA!) own 5 mods with internal batteries, have a smartwatch and a 4500 mAh phone battery. This power bank charges every single device I have multiple times! It's simply a godsend when you're out and about and don't have time to wait near a wall charger. The smartwatch I have is a gear S3 frontier edition and anyone that owns this watch knows, while charging, it is prone to power throttling because the watch will overheat. It sucks! Even the .5 amp adapter I have will power throttle around 60% because the watch rises above 110°. Well, enter this power bank. This power bank adjusts power with its "smart IQ" (whatever that is, but it works) and charge my watch from 0 to 100 with absolutely no issues whatsoever. What used to be a mundane tasks, having to remove the watch from it's stand, cool it down and/or place fans around it, is now simply is plug-and-play. That's just one example of how well this product works. It has three USB outlets! and unlike other competitors, all three USB outlets on this one are able to output the same. Another competitors power bank I have also has 3 USB outlets, but only one of them is able to provide 2amp charging and the other two are simply 1amp. Recharging this power bank is also amazing. It has two input Micro-USB spots. All you need is a USB wall outlet with two spots & you can plug in two cables to charge it. Given the size capacity of this power bank, that is a much welcomed blessing to have. If I ever need to charge it, I just plug it in before I go to bed and it's done when I wake up. Though, while using it every single day, I only need to charge it once a week! I've also used my built-in meter to fully discharge and recharge to test the mAh capacity. Mine was a total of 26833 mAh when completed. Alittle above the 26800 advertised. If you're looking for a portable, high capacity and well-built durable power bank, this is for you! It took me forever to research the right power bank. There's a lot of companies out there pumping these things out in groves in order to capitalize on the market. Anker is a reputable company known for great quality and great customer service. I've been using this thing now for several months and have no regrets spending my hard-earned money on it. If you're in the market for a high-capacity power bank, I highly highly recommend this!

The Best Battery Anker Makes, Its Massive, Powerful, Its Power Domination! Its Highly Recommended!
HISTORY: I have reviewed several Anker products. It seems like every product I buy from them, has been a solid made unit with great features for the money. Plus, Anker has an excellent support staff, and I've even seen their posts on Amazon helping those in need with their device. I've reviewed the Anker 15,000MAH battery, the 5-port wall charger, the 4-panel solar charger, and the 4 port USB 3.0 data hub. Today I am going to be looking at the massive 26,800MAH battery from Anker. PACKAGING: One of the things that always impresses me about Anker, is that they don't try to invest a bunch of money in fancy looking packaging. Instead, they invest their money in functional packaging that actually protects the product inside. All you need is a knife to remove the protective plastic over the box, and then the box opens up like a shell. The battery is inside a foam bag which is located on top of a smaller box, that contains the protective meshed pouch with the elastic closure, as well as the charging cables. SIZE: This battery is huge, it weighs in just over 1-pound or 17 ounces. And the dimensions of the battery are, 7-inches long, by 3.1-inches wide, and 0.9 inches deep. This puts the battery in the carry case within a backpack or purse class. Its far too big to be pocket-able, and its also too big for a fanny pack. This type of battery is best served for folks who might suffer power outages for long periods of time. Its also best for those who like to travel, or go hiking. Anker does make smaller batteries that weigh less, have less power capacity, however are more suited for the portable on the go pocket-able types. CASE: The Hermit Shell case does not come with the battery, however, can be purchased along with the battery. It is highly recommended by other's, and I have to recommend it as well. Its a really well made case with two zippers for enclosure, and also comes with a carabiner, so that you can hang it off your backpack while hiking. Inside the case, there are 2 slots. The bottom slot is used for the battery, and the top meshed slot is used for either storing your phone inside the case to charge, or for storing your charging cables. I prefer to use it for my charging cables. CABLES: The cables that come with the battery are low quality, which is really surprising considering the price you pay for this flagship battery pack. I however always listen to other people's recommendations, especially when thousands of them agree. So along with the battery and case, I also purchased the twin pack, of the red braided cables from Anker. I am so pleased with these cables, as I am able to unwind them from their coiled state easily, the cables do not fight me. And the cables use high quality USB plugs on them, and use a Velcro tie rap to secure them when coiled, I like that! The charging speed will be increased when using these cables as well, so they are a good buy. QUALITY: This battery comes with many certifications, and has built in safety features, so as to avoid certain inflammations, as seen from a popular phone maker, who's phone, literally was quite fired up. The battery uses Japanese capacitors on the PCB board, and uses 8-Japanese Panasonic brand, lithium 18650 cells. These are the same battery cells used in many CREE LED flashlights used today, and are also found in many notebook battery packs. The case surrounding the battery is made of anodized aluminum with plastic end caps. Aluminum is great for heat dissipation and ads durability, which I like. CAPACITY: This battery has a capacity of 26,800-MAH or 96-watt hours, which puts it just bellow the FFA regulations of 100-watt max, for bringing the battery with you on a plane. I've heard that China has stricter policies and they may still confiscate it. The battery can by charged by one cable, but will only provide a 2-AMP charge, and at that rate, it would take 14-hours to charge. By using two of the recommended red braided cables, you will get a 4-AMP charge, which reduces charge time to 7-hours. However, the battery came 75% charged from the factory, as lithium batteries cannot be shipped dead, and so it only took about an hour to top the battery off. The battery has a max output capacity of 6-AMPS, but can only deliver 3-AMPS per port. 3-AMPS is more then enough for all USB devices today, even the fanciest tablets don't require more then that to charge them. This battery charged my Alcatel Android phone 8-times! It can also charge my Dragontouch Android tablet 4-times. On average use of the battery, you can expect the charge to last a week. POWER AUGMENTATION: Most people will use these as battery chargers. But did you know that these can be used for power augmentation? For example, my tablet doesn't have the best battery inside it. Depending on what I am doing with the tablet, I can expect anywhere from 5 hours, to 1 hour of use. Using this battery, I can get at least 8-hours of use out of my tablet. However, I am not hooking it up via a standard USB cable, I am using a USB A to DC MINI jack. The reason for this, is because my tablet limits the charge AMPS through the USB port, however, allows for higher AMPS, through the DC charge port. This insures the battery in the tablet, does not drop bellow 100%, while connected to the battery. The main reason I bought the flagship battery pack, was for power outages. In the Pacific North West, we get major wind storms during the winter time. And every year, the power will get knocked out. Sometimes the power will only be out for 1-minute, other times, 1-day, or 1-week! I live in modern times, we don't live out in the wilderness telling each other camp fire stories and singing coombyaa. I live in the city darnnit, and I need my digital entertainment! I love playing Plants Vs Zombies during a power outage don't you? There is nothing better then slaying zombies with plants while your in the dark, waiting for the power to come back on. And then when the power does finally come back on, and everything suddenly becomes lighted up like a baseball stadium, no you didn't die and go to heaven, you've just been returned to modern civilization, welcome back. HEAT: The battery never really gets hot when charging my phone, tablet, or other devices. It however does get warm, when being used as augmented power, for the tablet. PORTS: This unit has 5-ports on one end of the battery, as well as a power switch on the side, and battery level indicators, in blue, on the front face of the battery. Two of the USB ports are MICRO USB, which are used for the twin cable charging system, to charge the battery. The other 3-ports are standard USB A 3-AMP charge ports, to charge your devices with. As stated before, the battery has a max capacity of 6-AMPS output charge. If using 2-ports at the same time, each device will get 3-AMPS per device MAX. If using all three ports, you can expect the charge rate to drop to 2-AMPS MAX. If you use an APP on your phone for detecting charge voltage and amperage, and you notice that your phone is only getting a 1-AMP charge, this is not the batteries fault, its your phone's programming, preventing a higher AMP charge to the phone. CHARGING: I really appreciate all the safety features and technology that go into making these battery packs. One of the features that I love, is that I don't have to turn the battery on, to start charging it. Just plug the cables into it, and it auto turns on, and shows level of charge, all throughout the charge time. I also don't have to worry about turning the battery off after charging. The battery automatically detects when its fully charged, and it will shut itself off. That takes a lot of guess work out when it comes to charging. To use the battery Just press the power button once to turn it on, and hold it down for 6-seconds to turn it off. The battery also has auto shutoff if no charging is being applied to a device for a given amount of time. CONCLUSION: This is by far, the best battery I've ever owned. If you have a thirsty for power personality, or a device that is power hungry, or you just want bragging rights against your friend, you definitely are going to want this battery pack. It has more then enough power for my needs, and then some. It has all the features I need out of a battery, and not useless ones like an LED light, as seen on previous years models. I recommend that you get the Hermit Shell case with yours, as well as the twin pack of RED braided cables. And I highly recommend this battery from Anker, 5 out of 5! UPDATE! NOV 22 2019 I wanted to give you guys an update, since I've owned this battery for over a year now. I've read several reviews from people, where they said their battery worked for several months, but then failed. One popular review in particular, stated that their battery lasted 9-months and failed. Good on Anker however, for replacing their battery under warranty! My only guess as to what is going on, is that some people have gotten defective batteries.. I however, haven't had any problems with my Anker 26,800MAH battery pack. It still takes a charge, just as it did before. And it still lasts just as long, just as it did before. Infact, I used it a few months ago, and was able to power my Tablet for up to 3-days, before my battery went down to a single LED! A good rule of thumb when it comes to lithium batteries, when you see the charge indicator get down to a single LED, immediately stop using the battery, and put it on a charge. Lithium technology shares a common problem with Lead Acid batteries. If you let them sit dead for too long, they will go bad, so just keep them charged, and as long as your battery is not defective, should last you a long time. As far as the actual aesthetics of my battery pack, it still looks the way it did when I bought it, aside from being a bit dusty lol. The battery has never overheated, and there are no strange blemishes on it. The ports are also still functional with no damage. Ideally, with proper care, lithium technology should last 5-years. Weather or not this battery will last 5-years, will just have to wait and see. But so far its passed the 1-year test. I still stand by with everything I originally said in this review. Its a quality battery pack, and I highly recommend it, 5 out of 5 STARS! UPDATE! NOV 6th 2020 It has been yet another year, which makes my Anker battery now, 3-years old! This has been a tough year for most, and if you lose power, these battery packs are the best option, for keeping your phone charged. I don't know about you, but I consider my phone as a life line, incase something goes wrong. Plus, during a power outage, these are great for keeping the tablet going. Over the years, there have been many no-name brands of battery packs on the market, who try to compete against the Anker. But those battery packs have a short lifespan, or are defective out of the box, which is why I wouldn't ever trust them, I only trust Anker, and they are who I buy my battery packs from. I know that Anker batteries cost more, but you get what you pay for. You will be happy to know that my Anker 26,800MAH battery pack still holds a solid charge after all these years. Of course, I've rarely had to use it, its mostly for power outages, or for when I don't have an outlet to plug into somewhere. But it always performs flawlessly, everytime that I use it, and I never have any issues with it. I got a Moto G6 phone, which has a USB-C port, the phone came with its own USB cable, but I hate those cheap things. I bought a set of high quality JSAUX USB-A to USB-C cables, and they function as well as they look, and allow me to get a full charging speed from my Anker battery. Additionally, I charge my Anker battery using an Anker branded 60W 10-port wall charger. In conclusion, I have to say, after a good solid 3-years, Anker continues to surprise me, their quality is unmatched from what I have seen. I recommend Anker battery packs to everybody I know who is looking for one. I gave my old Anker 14,500MAH battery pack to a family member, and they liked it so much, that they wanted the newer 20,000MAH battery pack, so I will be doing a review on that soon I am sure. My rating stands at a whopping 5 out of 5 stars! :)

A great battery with just 1 issue...
The Good: Has 3 USB ports that provide up to 3 amps per port at a max of 6amps between all 3 ports. (6a6a / 2a2a2a) Has 2 USB ports for fast charging of the powerbank. Lots of power that can keep your phone going all day long no matter what you are doing on your mobile phone. The Bad: Uses 2 Micro B USB ports to charge instead of USB 3.0. This means you will be carrying around additional USB cables. Requires a dual port 3+ amp USB power brick if you want to take advantage of the faster charging. If not, then this will take over 13hrs to fully charge. My Thoughts: I wish Anker would get with the times and replace those 2 USB Micro B charging ports with 3.0 so I could use my phones charging cable to charge the powerbank with. Other than that, I have no other complaints about this product. It has served me well for over a year and I would buy it again should this one die out.

Extremely high capacity, can go wrong with Anker!
First impressions of this battery bank will no doubt be awesome, but I don't have the item yet, so I'll be taking an educated guess for now. It is very large and heavy, but what do you expect from a battery bank that is 4WH under the legal limit for flying on a plane? Overall, this battery bank will no doubt be perfect for my phone, new tablet, and a Raspberry Pi 4. Keep in mind however, Anker recommends only 2 high current devices, since the battery bank drops it's output to 2A when all 3 ports are in use. At a massive 26,800mah capacity, this battery bank will keep your phone charged all week long, and a tablet for at least 2 full charges. It will fast charge almost any device with it's 3 amp output, and the battery bank it's self also charges very fast, with the dual micro USB input ports, that are a bit absurd, but go perfectly with a new Anker Powerport Speed 5. I will update this review in a few months once I've had more time to use it, but I doubt my current opinion will change. Anker is a well established company, known for their high quality products, and outstanding customer service. 5/5 Stars! Edit 12/24 So I've just received this power bank, and, my educated guesses were correct. The power bank was unwrapped with a half charge, or probably less. There are four indicator LEDs to indicate level of charge, and it had half of them lit. So I'm assuming it was around 30 to 40% charged. Around 4 and 1/2 hours on my Anker Powerport Speedpeed 5 with both of the included USB cables, and it was fully charged. Included in the box with the power bank was, two decent quality USB cables (not braided), an instruction manual, a customer feedback pamphlet, and a high quality mesh bag. Interestingly enough, as with the three other ports on my Powerport Speed 5, the power bank does not actually officially fast charge my phone, but upon some investigating, it charges at the same rate, and has the same estimated full charge time. So I'm not too worried about it, as this phone is quite old probably doesn't support newer standards. The look and feel of this power bank screams premium, with a matte black finish, that appears to be resistant to scratching, it is very minimalistic while still having all the features needed for a good power bank. No flashy branding, or distracting always on LED lights. (Except while charging either a device, or the power bank it's self) The ideal setup for this would be in a backpack with a long cord routed to your pocket, as this power bank is not super pocket friendly. Overall, my opinion has not changed, and I would still recommend this power bank to anyone who has lots of devices that need a charge, or somebody who likes camping without a solar setup. Very high quality product, but I expect nothing less from a company like Anker. 5/5 Stars.

The fit & finish of their products are excellent, much attention is paid to detail on their ...
I own several Anker portable chargers, including one of their original, glossy white 15000 milliamp hour battery packs which is still in pristine shape. I used them for a variety of things including a 5 volt source for portable lighting and recharging needs when I am out stargazing in the middle of the desert without any alternate power sources nearby. The fit & finish of their products are excellent, much attention is paid to detail on their products. They have always worked well for me, until that is I recently bought the 26800 Powercore. When I received it, the item was securely packaged and well-protected. All the accessories were neatly bundled and stored in the Box. The battery pack showed 75%, and I proceeded to charge my phone and two tablets. The storage capacity on this is excellent, at least that part I have been able to use so far. The problem is, once I drained the power core and tried to recharge it, the indicator lights stop at the halfway mark and just flash without proceeding to show a full battery. I tried draining it a second time, and then recharging it again but to no avail. Putting a meter on the cables, I show that when it gets to the halfway mark it stops drawing any current whatsoever. I don't understand why and I'm not sure if there is a reset button or a way to reset the unit at all. I have tried alternate Chargers and cables with the same result. This must be a defective unit. I'm hoping this is just a fluke because it's a new battery pack and might need to be broken in. All my experiences with this company in the past have been excellent in their product quality and customer service so I'm hoping this time will be no different. I will update this review once I get this problem sorted out either way. *UPDATE 12/20* *I originally rated this item at one star due to a problem with it not recharging past the halfway mark. Since the review and my contact from Anker,, I have changed it to five stars.* This update is About a Week overdue, so I apologize. Anker contacted me a few days after my original review to help me troubleshoot the problem. In short order, they surmised that the unit was defective, as is to be expected with any company producing the number and volume of products that they do. They immediately shipped out a replacement, which I received very quickly. I had to use the unit to charge my phone and tablet until it was depleted, then recharged it and depleted it again. Both the slow charge and dual Port Quick Charge work flawlessly and as advertised. The wonderful detail I love about this particular item is the option to use both input ports to completely recharge the item in just over 6 hours which is quite impressive for a portable recharger of this size and capacity. Anker is one of the few companies producing the range of products that they do, with the intrinsic detail-oriented customer service that they manage to provide. I would definitely recommend this company and their products for any item they make which might fit your needs. Thank you very very much!
