EternalHealth Vitamin K2 as MK-7, High potency form of K2-180 Vegetable Capsules

Have been using since March 2025 now 8 months, I have noticed a drastic reduction in my bp after 3 months, bp which was constant above 170/110 now reading arond 135/85. I had actually purchased this to support D3 which but later I was surprised to read the benefits of K2 with regards to bp, mayb placebo effect I am not sure anyway I am happy with current results, also I have noticed a better result in my D3 results too.

Good supplement but if dose could be higher then it's better! Anyways 180 capsules there so can have two per day!

I have bought this for kidney calcification۔ I have to test the same in the Lab after 6 month۔ I hope it is reduced۔ Let us see۔ I will post my rewieve after lab test.

I started taking Vitamin K2 after I read an article explaining its many benefits. I assumed because I eat lot of green, leafy vegetables I was getting a lot of vitamin K. but as K1, not K2. While K1 has blood-clotting benefits in the body, it is K2 that has other, important benefits like strengthening bones and preventing arterial plaque from building up in the arteries.
