Razor sharp
Loved using this knife. It’s great for cutting sashimi, sushi, or anything else with fish. I don’t really use the knife for things outside those purposes since the knife is mainly made for those listed things. But it does it’s job really well and I can’t think of a better knife to have for the job.

Perfect gift
I purchased some of these knives while in japan and wanted to get one for a friend of mine so I ordered one here. I’m happy it’s in the same original packaging and although it took a while, it is definitely worth the wait.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
So DISSAPOINTED in material!!! The knife material was soooo THIN, I mean PAPER THIN!!! I made no attempts to cut anything in fear it would break!It appears the company spent more money on the packaging than the actual knife itself!This knife is a joke ! A bad joke!I cannot believe this company has actually legitimately sold this item to any other customer!Obviously I went on to another seller & bought an authentic sushi knife w/no issues.

It's designed to fillet knife. That's why the blade is flexible. Sharp knife.
