Winflo 30 In. Convertible Stainless Steel Glass Island Range Hood with Mesh Filter and Touch Sensor Control

We were remodeling our kitchen and had taken out the cabinets that held our previous range hood. We liked the looks of this Winflo. It seemed to have a stronger motor and didn't need to be vented out of the house. We hired an electrician to install this along with the required electrical work. This is a heavy unit. It took 4 of us to hold it in place and dismantle it several times attempting to determine how to raise it higher (say 3 inches). We have 8 ft ceilings. This range is set to work well for 9ft ceilings and higher without any alterations. We may dismantle it again later to trim off the top of the inner sleeve holder that holds up the outer sleeves. We just ran out of time.As I stated, it works well. The lights are great. The fan works much better than our old range hood ever did. The sound of the fan does seem a bit louder than we had hoped. The old one was also noisy.All in all a good purchase.

works great glade I got the bigger motor helps a lot. easy to install went strait up through the roof with a flap and critter screen built in the roof vent.in the reviews I did notice that there were complaints that the buttons stop working well guess what so did mine .contacted the distributer and had them send me a new board that looked upgraded than the one that was installed. plus the main reason it stops working is because there are two large holes that grease gets in and goes behind the touch buttons. There are pictures of spots that need to be taped with metal duct tape before using. I taped inside and outside you remove the four screws that hold the glass on and easy access. HAPPY INSTALLING

broke when arrived - after install did not function - contacted support - no response cost $230 to return. called get answering machine and no return call - was granted(?) $192.21 in return = if i known this i would not have purchased a new one - had to get similar one to avoid another $200 for carpenter and electrician to mount a different one. the label they sent did not pay for return. carefully read the fine print - they do not even reimburse any of the return shipping. sucks!

I ordered this hood range to be placed in the middle of my kitchen island. It is a beautiful range and I hired someone to install it. I was really impressed with it. We like that it is not noisy at all, however, the suction power could be a little better. Overall I am very satisfied with it and everyone at home is too.

Pretty straightforward to install. If your ceiling is less than 8ft they say you don’t use lower mounting brackets (which would have made it too low for me), but the holes on upper bracket didn’t line up quite right but with some improvising and some washers I had on hand it’s pretty solid. Like the ductless option!

I’m like this product really much it’s the stile and finish on 4 of the sides, also it’s easy to install come with se Alf brackets, I’m contractor maybe for that razón it’s look easy for me the installation. But any way I recommend to any ones this product your not regret guaranteed
