We mainly looked for one of these units as we recently bought a Sodastream machine and tea is as well a popular drink in our household.The packaging was simple and installation once it arrived took a just a few minutes (unpacking, preparing the Bluetooth (TAPP Click only), unscrewing faucet head/aerator and replacing it with the unit). It did take a few minutes more to install the APP, register and account and so on, though all-in-all it was a smooth process. I recommend checking out their website and video.Regular water; works almost like usual, though due to it being a different aerator we are experiencing slightly more punchy water pressure than before. Filtered water; simply switch the water flow and enjoy a much higher quality of water. I guess this will depend on your original water quality, though beyond improving the water we also experience a noticeable change of taste.While in our case the default unit fitted nicely on our faucet, do keep in mind that you might have a faucet that’s extra special (e.g. if your faucet doesn’t have an aerator or threads for screwing something on this is not the solution for you). The package included some adapter options that we did not have to explore. If you have an issue,, do reach out the seller as they might have additional adapter that they can send you if you provide them with information about your faucet.

For more than a year now I have been using a water filter jug that requires to change cartridges every month. Every time I change it I feel guilty about all the plastic waste that's being produced. So I started to look for alternative solutions to drinking filtered and tastier water. I'm so glad and relieved that I've found this TAPP water filter system that can be easily attached to the kitchen tap and provides me with a better quality drinking water. It also doesn't require to change the filter every month, so I feel like it's a more sustainable way of living too! Once you connect the filter to an app on your phone it will let you know when it's time to change the filter, what an amazing addition to such a simple thing as water filter!

We live in London and although the tap water is supposed to be clean it tastes of chlorine. We tried this filter and super happy with the result. Very easy to install on the tap that was already in the kitchen and water comes out with vastly improved taste (no chlorine). The biodegradable cartridges is a nice feature but not sure how it works with organic waste in London?

I liked it immediately, was easy to instal it. Water pressure is almost the same when pouring filtered water. Nice feature in click version with Bluetooth!

VERY PLEASED WITH PRODUCT

a) It is literally impossible to change the carbon filter without breaking the housing (see photos).b) Measuring the conductivity of the water in and the water out shows a shocking negative effect:The amount of the particles that where in the water before are less than those in the outcoming water, i.e. so, there were more particles in the outcoming water than in the ingoing … this is the opposite of purifying. This is dirtying it! Tis effect probably is caused by the bad quality filter (see c).c) The carbon filter is of such bad quality that it gives off particles into the system and water (see photos).d) They claim in their advertisement that they have a testing cert from an institute in US. But if oyu care to get hold of that cert and read it … laughable! This is no cert at all!This is actually a big cheat!

Thank you very much for this wonderful product. We had a tap water with the strong chlorine smell. Now we enjoy with good clear water.
