Is this supposed to come with two extra filters, if so then it does not, now what?

Mine did not come with two extra ones. Also the top thermometer brakes off fast mine lasted about two weeks and then broke off

The one I got is stainless steel I would not say there is paint to scratch. Sorry I don’t know anything about paint on the one I got. 🤷🏽♀️
