i bought these on the 27th March 2019 , i had the most horrendous cramps from taking statins ( feet,calves,thighs,buttocks,trunk area ,face , hands, tongue etc ) i would wake up in agony screaming and read an article that suggested taking Q10 to ameliorate them , i take 1 300mg tablet in the morning with food and another 1 300mg tablet at evening meal . The cramps have stopped , i will continue taking them , only downside is make sure you take a decent amount of food with them as you do take a dip in blood sugar apart from that they have been a life changer .

I've been doing IVF for the past few years and read 'It starts with the Egg' before starting our second cycle. Our first cycle my AMH was 14.3 but after taking these for 6 months it increased to 20.9. We collected 6 more eggs and ended up with one more embryo. Our first transfer resulted in our first positive but unfortunately it ended in a chemical pregnancy. I'll be continuing with these for the next transfers as well- fingers crossed it is helping and we will retain a pregnancy!

I have been buying this brand for years. Why are the tablets suddenly brown (previously white) and smelling/tasting of chocolate?? Not the worst thing a tablet could smell/taste of, I'll admit, but it is weird.
