Great quality CoQ10! The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that it’s from a trusted brand like Garden of Life. Garden of Life supplements are the best quality and most effective products I have found. I have used their Raw Enzymes for years in addition to Garden of Life Vitamins and Minerals. I'm convinced that naturally sourced supplements are worth the extra cost.

I can’t say for certain how well it works, but I appreciate that it’s made with clean ingredients. Finding a raw version is quite difficult, so this one is a good option.
