FoodSaver GameSaver Wingman Plus Vacuum Sealer, Camo

This was an impulse buy based on a blogger review. My very old food saver had developed quirks that I was tired of dealing with. This one is a dream in comparison. Having something that works simply and easily is a thrill enough. I like the moist/dry option as my old one was good at sucking meat juice into the sealing compartment. Came with bags which justified some of the cost. It did _not_ include a jar sealing attachment which was disappointing. I have the one from my old machine which I hope will work. The bag sealing is great! I paid a little over $100 for it with “free” shipping built into the price. Later, when I pulled up the link to show a friend, it came up as $175! It’s nice but I wouldn’t pay that much when, for home use, the competition probably have good machines as well.

This is my second sealer. It’s a quality machine. We had to leave ours behind In Alaska so it was easy to order this same machine. Very happy with how well it seals our meat, seafood and leftovers. Love it. Saves us money by freezing up food.

My husband and I seal a lot of game meat (mostly duck breasts). Every other vacuum sealer has had problems due to the amount of liquid the meat has. This sealer works great though!! It also has roll storage inside which is a bonus and its fairly affordable to the comparative options!

This is by far the best food saver I have ever owned!! Worth the money! Buy this you will not regret it!!! We use this for everything!

My son-in-law told me to buy this model and I can see why after using it. He is a hunter and a sausage maker for a hobby so his FoodSaver gets alot of use. I started buying meat and poultry in bulk after getting a Costco membership. This Foodsaver works really well and no more freezer burn. Great to see the meat and veggies in clear plastic too.

Just received yesterday, I did not give 5 stars because: 1) the cord needs to be longer, I had to use extension cord. 2) I was expecting after reading the description and reviews that suction was fast and strong, therefore seal/vacuum tighter than my previous FoodSaver, but it does not. Some of the bags did not seal first time, and I had to redo, I had selected Moist button, with that being said the meat was not frozen, so juices/blood kept from sealing, so I just took a paper towel to wipe extra moisture from inside bag and it did seal, these were FoodSaver bags. The only difference I can see between this model and my older one is, this does 60 consecutive seals. Not sure if I like this one or not? Only used 1 time to seal 30 bags of venison, so I will see what happens next time

Does extremely well in sealing. Gives the user the ability to buy in bulk and freeze. Have never had one bag open or become unsealed and have been using one of these machines for several years. This will save you many times the purchase price in the savings you will realize by buying bulk or special sale items. Seals both wet and dry products.

I am so pleased to be able to use . I don't stand well for long periods of time--so I cook 1-2 this food saver. As an older person I don't stand well for long periods of time, I cook 2-3 times a week and now am able to save my extra meals safely. no waste!
