I, like many people, have started my quest for an increased life and health span thanks to the works of Dr. Sinclair, Dr. Longo, and a host of other health, sports, and nutrition researchers and self-reporting health-centered individuals. NAD+, and consequently NMN, immediately pop up in those conversations as a potential key impactor to improving one's quality and duration of health. Right out the gate, before I put anything in my body that comes in a non-descript white powder, I need to understand what is in the powder. While there are many products I would buy at the local store that I wouldn't be a stringent with, this is one of the few that warrants more assurances. There are many warnings across media outlets about the suspect ingredients in NMN products sold through Amazon and the validity of the product's testing certifications. I found ProHealth Longevity outside of Amazon as part of my research into reputable providers. They openly provide their current year US-based third-party testing results. Next, price is a consideration for NMN. To be cost effective, it is best to be able to buy in bulk, like many other products. Being able to buy a 100g package, or more, significantly reduces the sticker shock of getting on the NMN train. Lastly, you may be interested to know my, all be it, personal subjective results. Since starting NMN three months ago, I have noticed significant improvements in my energy and overall health. I know it sounds weird, but I now feel more like I did in my 40's than I do currently in my 50's. And the clock seems to continue to slip backwards. I highly recommend NMN to most people I discuss it with. Long story short, I have purchased and used this products from ProHealth Longevity before they started selling here on Amazon. Based on my research, they are one of the few NMN suppliers I would buy from, and the only one from my list that is on Amazon. Plus, I've had great results taking this product, but that's just me. However, do your own due diligence research on NMN, this product, and the company. And when you've decided that NMN supplementation might be worth trying, I recommend you consider this product before crossing your fingers on other NMN suppliers.

(7 day update) Well I received NMN 2/1/2023 I have taken recommended dosage for 7 days now - minor joint pain is gone - alert, energetic (without caffeine) - working out feels so good, like it did in my 20s - have more energy during workout 3/14/2023 NMN Update. So I have noticed some amazing changes!!! so I'm 45 now and working out and gaining muscle was very difficult to do since about 37. also have had less endurance. My workouts feel similar to when I was in my 20s now. I have gained some muscle almost effortlessly. the only supplement I take besides NMN is I eat sardines for protein and my regular diet. noticeable differences for sure. I have also noticed less sluggish feelings in the morning and I can totally do without coffee. my energy levels are up. i'm not paid for this review. however I wish the company could send me a free one. next update in a month. I just ordered another 30 grams.

I noticed increased energy and endurance with this for sure. I’ve been fairly active and athletic all my life and at 45 it’s nice to improve vs degrade. I use the 1g handy scoop in the AM. It dissolves well sublingually or is easy to swallow once moist. I can’t really say it affected my sleep one way or another, but everybody is different. I had another brand previous to this and didn’t notice anything after a month of use, but this one was very noticeable improvements throughout the first week.

Have just bought it and been using for a week. I read where people kept saying they did not get a spoon but mine was in the bag with the powder. I had to dig it out which was ok. I think people should lay the bag on the table and mash around in it till they locate the scoop. That being said, I bought it for me and my husband. The taste is kind of twangy. Not bad. When you stir the powder up it disappearing ghe water with no cloud and is clear, easy to drink and seems to absorb quickly. My husband thought I gave him just a glass of water to take his pills with the first one I fixed for him. He Has COPD and I have IBS. Wanted to try it for those two things. Seems to be helping my stomach and seems to be helping him breath a little better but it has only been a week. I had a bad reaction the first day and h had cramps in my stomachs and was afraid to try it again, he had some cramps in his chest the first day. Even at that he wanted to keep using it. So I gave it to him the next day and by the third day he said I think it is helping me so I started back taking it. Seems to be ok now. No side effects. Keeping a log of our vitals but he does take BO meds, inhaler, and cholesterol meds. Hoping that soon he won’t have to take them any more and just the NMN.

効率の良い舌下吸収ができる粉末タイプ。 味は酸味＆苦味ですが、グレープフルーツのような風味なので私はけっこう余裕で慣れると美味しい。 舌下吸収は舌の上じゃなく下に置いて、パウダーを舌の下から動かさないように耐えて吸収させます。動かすと唾液に溶けて喉に行ったり歯茎に引っかかってしまうので慣れるまでちょっと難しかったです。 舌下錠の説明とかを参考にすると2分くらいで吸収できるらしいし、細かい粉末なのでもっと早いはずですが、私は慣れてないもので、少量で吸収させています。 空腹時が良くて、そして吸収後も更に10分は飲まず食わずで待つのが良いんだとか。 味が気になるならうがいはしても良いけど、もったいないので我慢して10分後に水と一緒に飲み込んでます。味が嫌いじゃなくてほんと良かった！ でも唾液がめっちゃ出ちゃうのはこの味のせいな気も……。 上手くいかない人は少量で試して、それもダメなら鏡で確認しましょう。 パウダーが歯茎側に行ったり引っかかっていたら吸収されにくいようで、スプーン等で舌裏に移動させるとけっこう違いました。舌裏の青いとこに塗りつける感じです。濃かった味がそうでもなくなるので多分あってると思う。多分。 水に溶かして飲んでも良いとは言え、高めのサプリは効率良く吸収したい。 価格は高めですけど、カプセルタイプの数倍の量と、舌下吸収による吸収効率の良さ、舌下吸収は効率が良い分胃酸を通さず直通になるので品質も大事。原料が高品質なUtheverさんのNMNならば安心です。 当初、舌下吸収に慣れていないこともあって規定よりかなり少なめにしていましたが、少量でも翌日の目覚めがしゃっきりすると言うか、目覚めてすぐ動けて朝がとてもスムーズです。朝こそ空腹時だしそのまま寝起きに吸収させてます。それでその翌朝の目覚めも直後からスッと動ける。 1gで試したりもしましたが、結局は0.2か0.3g程度で使っています。 しゃっきり過ぎて二度寝が難しくなったので、逆にゆっくり寝たい日には不向きかも。休日は8時間は寝たいのだ。 パウダーはサラサラではなく小麦粉のようにもったりしていますが、ダマは突けば崩れるし水にも良く溶けます。 付属の計量スプーンはパウダーの中に埋まっていて粉だらけ＆容器にギリギリのサイズなので、取り出すときにちょっと手間取るかも。計量時以外は容器の外で保管が良いです。私は少量に合う細めティースプーン使ってますがね。 すり切りで1gとありますが、それだと少し多かったので、1gはすり切りよりちょっと少なめ。 ラベルの印字はやや粗いですが、本家の英語のをそのままではなくちゃんと日本語になっていました。

NMN商品色々試していますが、パウダータイプはこちらが初めてです。 カプセルと違って単独摂取難しいので飲食物に混ぜて摂取することになり、高価なので残りが無いが気になります。 半分も減ったころに固いものが出てきて何だろうと思ったら軽量スプーンでした。 味やにおいはほとんどないので、混ぜても何も邪魔しないのは良いです。 1瓶飲み切りましたがこれといった体感はないものの、不快点もないので今後に期待です。 他の方のレビューを読むと舌下吸収ができるとか朝一番の空腹時にとあり、そんなこと商品ページには書いてないなと思ったらケース本体に老眼には読めない小さい字で書いてあるようです、商品ページにも明記すればいいのになと思います。
