Add mix into a bowl with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon water and that's it!!! Mix well and place x12 balls atop cookie sheet @ 350° for x10min. One can use fork to press the infamous criss/cross imprint into the dough for a fancy result. Option to split into smaller size ball and make 18-20 cookies of a tad smaller size. Such value for the price point.. i love to keep a few pks. on hand.Hands down the best "easy-cheat" peanut butter cookie I found for flavor and quality. Try it.. you'll see what I mean! Hack: one can easily get creative and add a dash of coarse sea salt on top prior to baking.. a few mini choc. chips are fab. to sprinkle on each cookie x4 min. prior to complete. These cookies taste best if you add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla per batch. Also if your pan is nonstick be sure to lower the temperature to 350 from 375 per the instructions & the cookies will come out soft & golden on the bottom. They are tasty & so fast & easy to make! So much better than store bought!

These are tasty and so easy to make on a moments notice. The only complaint is that they don't make many cookies per package. but no problem when you buy them by the case!

Love these mixes, perfect for fresh cookies in a pinch. They taste very good but I always have wife add extra vanilla.

I like to make them with salted butter and add a dash of vanilla extract and bake them in mini muffin tins for a little something extra. They're great for company or last minute holiday treats (like for neighbors, etc). And I also like that the batches are small, so if you're just craving a little something sweet one package is just enough for one or two people. Everyone should have a stash of this cookie mix at the ready in the pantry!
