This replacement installed very easily and works great.

This fan worked perfectly to replace my old fan that was not spinning anymore. Worked flawlessly when it was plugged up and is still going strong after about a month.

I had to disassemble and reassemble the motor backwards to reverse the direction the fan blows since my hood vent fan needed to be mounted motor pointing down (early 70's general electric unit) but that was very easy, and it's so much more quiet than the old fan.

Fits perfectly for an old NuTone RLX6100-A range hood. Subtracting one star because plastic fan blades were not straight on the motor spindle out of the box. Required minor bending of the blades and slight shaving of plastic where the fan blades attached to the motor spindle to get fan blades straight and not rub against the metal bracket.Otherwise, the fan is quiet and overall is a good value replacement. Only took about 15 minutes to remove the old fan and install the new one.

Great looking replacement fan, though the old nutone vent hood has a standard plug for the fan -- the plug on this model is a different connector even though it says it is the correct replacement. Is there a version with a two-prong plug? Thanks!

The fan is thin plastic that bends with the slightest touch, and assembled on the shaft at an angle so it wobbles when turning. Worse, after hooking up and powered on, a loud pop- internally short-circuited after only 3 minutes. Took out the speed controller on the Nutone range hood as well. Had to bypass it and hooked the old fan in series with the only thing left working-the light. Nasty, cheap piece of crap. -10 stars rating.

This fan has been working great, since I installed it in December. This was about 1/2 the cost of a Kenmore Fan, it said it would fit mine, & it did. I just unscrewed 3 screw, unplugged the old one, and plugged this in. It is a little faster, & louder than the old one, & I had to squeeze one of the blades in a tad, so it wouldn't hit the screen cover, but I don't care. The screen goes over it without hitting it. Worth the savings to me. I would buy it again.6/6/20 Update: The first one I got ran great for about 5 months. So it is still getting 3 stars, for the 5 months I got our of it, & it was easy to install and fit well. It was replaced, & the second one ran 10 minutes, and only ran on one speed instead of 2, like the last one. It was also hot to the touch. I would have been ok, with the 2nd one lasting at least as long as the 1st, but 10 min on the 2nd one, no thanks, I'll try another brand. I am requesting a refund .
