if you can bear the smell of this it'll work for most of the plants I have used this for over a year now & I never used any other nutrition for my chilly plants & do note that hot chilly plants are always hungry for food so this thing works a 100%

It's surely fish fert..
Avoid using indoors, as this does smell of rotting fish..but that's what it's supposed to do, provide rich food for microbes and fungi, so they end up enriching the health of the plant and soil microbiome..maybe using in compost tea and brewing for 8-10hrs, might off-gas the adverse smell, but I still have to try that along with some mollasses..
