Great Chair and a Very Reasonable Price!!
This chair is fantastic, especially for the price I paid. I started working from home about seven months ago and quickly realized how uncomfortable my home office chair was, but I kept using it because I didn't want to spend money to replace something that worked. Over time I realized how poor my posture was becoming and how much my back hurt at the end of the day. So, my quest began to find a reasonably priced ergonomic office chair. It didn't take long to find exactly what I was looking for on Amazon. I read the reviews for several different chairs and decided on this one. Shipping was quick and assembly time was right around 40 minutes. While it wasn't difficult, I like to make sure I follow the instructions carefully and take my time. The instructions were in English and were very straight forward, so I had zero issues putting it together. I have been using the chair now a couple of days and couldn't be happier. It is extremely comfortable and there are many adjustment options to tweak it to find that perfect setting. The leg rest is okay but I can't see myself using it if I am being quite honest. One nice thing about the leg rest is that you can fold it under the chair and out of the way, like it isn't even there. The chair looks great and the size is perfect for me. I am 5'11" and weigh 175lbs. Everything about it is great quality and has been engineered very well. Even the packaging is top notch. If you are looking for a comfy office chair then you should really give this model a shot.

Very sturdy and comfortable for the price.
The chair is easy to put together and very comfortable. I like that you can adjust how easy it reclines back, and absolutely love the reclined position with the foot rest up. Kinda feels like zero gravity. The foot rest is best when you’re in a reclined position. If you have it up while in an upright position, it’s a little awkward because it’s not much lift. Only thing I don’t like is that when it’s tucked under the seat, it takes up space (in case you like to fold your ankles under the seat - it will be in the way). Seat is wide and comfortable short term. I needed to get a cushion as I sit on it for 12 hours a day and was getting sciatica after a while. Rolls really smoothly. A lot of chairs don’t move as smooth because of their bulkiness, but this one is really smoothly. Very sturdy and well made for the price. Highly recommend.

Awesome Chair Comparable to Those Higher Priced Brands
I have significant neck and lower back issues related to degenerating discs. I recently took a new job which landed me back in an office away from my expensive, high-end office chair at home. When my new company offered to purchase a more ergonomic and comfortable chair for my office, my budget was not expansive enough for the name brand I have at home. My search landed on this Gabrylly economic office chair as a fair compromise. It turns out this chair has been FAR more than a compromise. My Gabrylly chair is not missing any of the comfort and back support I have in my chair at home. While there are fewer adjustment options on the Gabrylly, it has what I consider to be a core set of adjustment options: height, recline tension, recline lock, arm rest height, arm rest extension, and arm rest angle. The head rest is also adjustable in height and angle. The foot rest is a nice added feature. Initially, I didn't think I'd need it, but it actually is saving my under-desk garbage can from being deformed and my Ethernet connection from getting knocked out whenever I want to stretch my legs during a marathon Zoom or Teams call. It assembled fairly easily - they even tell you how to use the shipping box to help during assembly. I was able to do it in my office with the included t-handle hex tool. I did run into a slight issue with the gas rod. I reached out to Gabrylly support by email and received a quick and courteous response from Cayla. A new part was shipped immediately and arrived in two business days. I was incredibly impressed with Cayla's friendly response and follow-up throughout the process. It's good to know that, while I hope to never need support again, I'll be able to count on them if I do. I'm pretty happy with the build quality. It's too soon to comment on longevity, but I feel confident this chair will last. It's comparable to my chair at home, and at >$500 less expensive, I'm extremely impressed with the comfort and quality. I did purchase an aftermarket set of rubber rollerblade style chair casters, but I have those on my chair at home as well. (I've yet to find a set of stock casters that compare.) That being said, the chair is comparable to the higher end office chairs out there. In conclusion, I highly recommend this chair. It looks sharp, goes together easily, has great build quality, and most importantly, has the functions I need to help with my lower back and neck pain. Thank you, Gabrylly for an affordable, awesome chair!

Pretty Good Chair, not the best Footrest
I love this chair, and overall it has been perfect for a midrange chair option. It is comfortable, has adjustable lumbar support, and has a really wide and comfortable seat (I ordered the mesh seat version). The backrest and reclining positions are very comfortable, and I unexpectedly love where the headrest sits. The adjustable arms are great! I only wish they could swivel/slide inwards as well. The assembly instructions were pretty easy to follow and it didn’t take me very long at all to put together. My only real complaint is that the thing I thought I would love the most, the footrest, is not comfortable at all. It sits slightly too low to feel comfortable, and you can’t put much weight on it without it falling. By this, I mean you can very lightly rest your legs against it, but if you pull your legs inwards to adjust your sitting position, you’ll probably knock it down. The mechanics of pulling the footrest out and locking it in the upright position do not feel secure, and most of the footrest assembly itself appears to be plastic. If it were not for the footrest, I would leave a five star review.

Solid office chair solution with, for me, almost perfect adjustability
This chair has met or exceeded all my expectations, especially given the price. The quality of packing was the first positive indicator - every part was carefully wrapped and protected to ensure it made the journey undamaged/unblemished. Assembly was straightforward using the fairly clear directions, though I do recommend having an extra pair of hands when attaching the seat assembly to the piston if possible. Once assembled the chair is rock-solid and sturdy, with a premium feel which in my opinion exceeds the asking price. It must be noted I used this chair as a base for a drafting chair project, in which I used a different drafting chair-height piston and foot ring, so I cannot attest to the quality of the original piston (though it looks fine). My only complaint build quality-wise is the headrest feels a bit wobbly when adjusted, but in practice I don't notice it, so I won't dock the rating. I contacted Gabrylly and they kindly sent a replacement headrest, which was certainly appreciated. It has the same "wobbliness", so I think it's safe to say this is a design decision rather than a single faulty unit. Still, it's hardly enough to keep me from recommending this chair. I work as a store manager for a retail pet supply company and the chair my predecessor left behind was, let's say, lacking. This chair is the replacement, and during a month of use has been flawless. The adjustable seat depth was crucial in my choosing this chair, as well as the lack of "3D" adjustable arm rests which in theory seem nice but, in my experience, wobble/change positions when unwanted and become an annoyance. I find the chair back has a very natural curve which provides some lumbar support but nothing too aggressive. If you feel more aggressive support is needed Gabrylly will kindly send you a good quality lumbar pillow (or rollerblade style wheels, you can choose one "bonus item/gift") which fits seamlessly into the chair. Another gesture of strong customer service/support I appreciate. The tilt function has a good default tension level giving enough resistance to not feel unsupportive but not so much that leaning back requires too much force. I do wish this chair had adjustable tilt tension, such as the under-seat adjustment knob many others do. Finding a chair with tilt tension, seat depth adjustment, and no wobbly weird "3D/4D" arm rests seemed impossible, at least for me, so I don't fault Gabrylly too much for this. Still, if a 2nd version had this feature, it would be much appreciated. In general, I really don't have any major criticisms of this chair. Its price does seem to fluctuate fairly often, at least as of early 2025, so do keep an eye for coupons/sales if it's a purchase you're seriously considering. If you're looking for a solid office chair with quality parts and customer support which is seemingly solid (time will truly be the test for this), I can fully recommend this chair.

Comfortable and sturdy
Have been using this chair for nearly a year now. Good for both work and gaming. Super comfortable with all the adjustments that can be made. The mesh allows for good airflow. Leaning back is nice. I don't feel like I am going to flip the chair, or get that feeling of falling backwards. While I did question the reliability of a mesh seat, it seems to be holding my weight quite well. I suspect the arms will likely be the first thing to break (due to toddler). The mesh does allow dust, hair, and gunk to build up in places and may not be too fun to clean out. I have also had the headrest catch and pull my long hair a couple of times. I personally am not a fan of the wheels that this chair came with, so I swapped them out with rollerblade style wheels. The original ones made a crunching noise when rolling across the hardwood floor (likely do to dirt my toddler dragged into the office). I never tested the chair on carpet, so I can't say how well the wheels clog with hair. The chair was easy to put together (imo) so long as you follow the instructions it came with. Using the box as an assembly table makes the whole prosses so much easier.

Excellent support and very comfortable
Purchased this chair hoping to find something with real neck and lumbar support. This chair did not disappoint! It is adjustable in all the right places. Very comfortable sitting up for work as well as reclining for relaxation. I was hesitant to try a mesh chair, but it is well worth it. No longer sweaty during gaming sessions. The model I chose also has a footrest. I also chose this one because the footrest is also mesh while most others are plastic. Again, worth it! Just in case the built in lumbar support is not enough (and for me sometimes it isn't) you can request a lumbar pillow be sent to you which is supposed to give a lot more support. They will send it to you for free no questions asked. I just received the pillow and this is a good quality, good sized pillow that actually does provide support. It was easy to assemble with very clear instructions. Also came with the one tool needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this chair!

It’s really a 4.5 star however ..
Great chair and easy to assemble with clear instructions. I haven’t sat on it for hours on end but based on other reviews it shouldn’t hurt to sit for long periods of time. The lumbar support, head rest, and footrest is what I mainly bought this for along with mesh seating. The lumbar support only extends forward and backward to a certain point and it’s great but for some people, additional support would be needed like myself so I asked for the lumbar pillow additional support and they are sending it for free of charge. The head rest is amazing and you can adjust it to however you please. The foot rest could be better in my opinion. It should have an additional bar in the center under the mesh so that it could feel more secure but other than that it’s great. I could lean the chair back and lock it in place if I want to and though it might feel stuck when I try to get it back up right I just need to put some pressure as if I’m still trying to lean back and then it’ll get back into position. I just don’t like that I can’t lean while leaving my feet on the footrest as I can do it with a very similar chair that my sister has and that’s why the process is a little tedious if I want to lean and rest my legs - I first need to lean back and lock the chair in that position then go and open out the footrest. It’s just tedious and tedious to ask for extra lumbar support. Customer service was great and representatives were very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. Overall a great chair.
