Yes, but the snowflake pendant easily fall to the ground when the wind is strong. So it's better used indoors.

YOU DON'T NEED INSTRUCTIONS FOR THESE. JUST BEND EACH SIDE AT THE PERFORATION AND IT WILL OPEN INTO A SNOWFLAKE. ONCE DONE, JUST FLATTEN EACH SIDE BACK DOWN AND STORE. VERY SIMPLE TO USE

Snowflakes are supposed to have 6 points, not 8?
