The velcro is long enough to allow adjust it for desired parameters. The fabric is soft, breathable, and feels high quality. A must-have for frequent travelers or anyone needing neck support! I absolutely recommend it,especially when you travel or work sitting at the computer. First ,it's super easy to carry since it comes with a small but perfect bag. Second, it adjusts to the size of the person, allowing stability for your head and neck;which prevents pain in the area. Made of soft, easy-to-wash fabric,it has a zipper that allows you to remove the foam base,which gives it firmness but is soft and comfortable at the same time. It includes a Velcro so you can adjust it to your liking, but it also includes a pieces to cover it and protect it from unnecessary things sticking to it.So,if youwant to make a good investment, don't hesitate to buy it because it's worth it.

I took this pillow with me on a recent flight from NY to San Diego and it was much needed! I got the best sleep I've ever gotten on a flight using this pillow. It's pretty sturdy so once wrapped around your neck, your head won't be flopping around, yet it's also high enough so that your head rests comfortably. I also appreciate that one side of the Velcro comes with a cover that helps to prevent the sticky side from attaching to everything and getting worn out. I will say it's a little difficult to roll back up and get in the travel bag. However, I didn't deduct any stars because I do think it's just user error and something I have to adjust to. Overall, it's a great travel pillow and with the design. I believe no matter how you sleep it's perfect for anyone
