I bought this for my elderly father who would have some mild incontinence when he is sleeping. Also when he would walk to the bathroom he at time would have some leakage. These underwear looks and fells like normal boxers except for a thicker absorbent material which will absorb any leaks without looking like an adult diaper. I fits like regular underwear. Feel that it keeps a person's self respect and that is important as a person grows older.

Kind of bulky, but work fairly well

The briefs are sized smaller -- a large should be an extra large. My briefs show a big gap on the left side of the front padding -- putting an escape route for elimination. Not too good for bladder leakage.

Need more absorbtion and not clear , about leakage , afds up upon several use , should be more abso in ea use

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. He had tried pads but did not like them and refused to wear them. While searching for another solution, I found these incontinence underwear and decided to try them. What a blessing. It has saved me time, effort, energy, and cleaning bills. It has saved my husband many embarrassing accidents. He said they are very comfortable and they do laundry perfectly. I recommend them 100%.

They seem to be a nice fit. Time will tell how well they wash.

Doesn’t cover the groin completely. It’s offset with normal fabric rather than the padded fabric. This allows for seepage to pants.

Presi per mio padre, molto anziano con qualche problemino di incontinenza. Non volendo usare i pannolini che potrebbero causare problemi alla sua pelle fragile, ho optato per questi slip di cotone , buona assorbenza e vestibilità, lavabili in lavatrice, ancora validi dopo diversi lavaggi. Ottimi per incontinenza moderata.

Hose passt gut. Ist angenehm zu tragen. Hält dich auch nach mehrmaligem waschen immer noch gute Qualität. Mein Papa ziesie sehr gern an. Trägt nicht auf und es raschelt nicht und fühlt sich an wie eine Unterhose und nicht wie eine Windel. Sehr zu empfehlen.
