I've struggled with headaches and migraines since I was a child. My doctor always recommended things like drinking more water and taking out caffeine, but things like that never worked. One day my doctor told me to try taking riboflavin and magnesium in combination once a day in the morning. Within a week, I went from having 4 headaches a week to 1 or 0. It really did work for me. I am a person who suffers majorly from severe headaches and migraines. I was taking Tylenol almost everyday because I would always get either a migraine or massive headache that would leave me in so much pain I could cry.
