I found the earth mama balm and perineal spray better than dermoplast. I was not sure about the balm especially but it turned out to be the most soothing thing for my stitches part. You absolutely need this combo of you also had a third degree tear while giving birth

Very excited to use this stuff, but unfortunately my spray leaked out some in transit. I don’t want to risk not having it to wait for a return so I’m keeping it. I’ve heard amazing reviews on this and am impressed with the ingredients, just a little disappointed it leaked.
