Acts of Faith: 25th Anniversary Edition

I do not read this daily, but plan to be more consistent. I like that I can turn to the date and read which means if I do not read everyday having this in my collection I will eventually read them even if it takes my lifetime. The messages appear to be lifelong messages. BTW I am bias because I have loved Auntie Iyanla Vanzant for over 20 years.

I was given this book in a hardcover years ago as a gift! Recently purchased for a friend. This book has been a God send during some difficult times. I also read for personal development daily. Mrs. Iyanla is a Angel and genius

The media could not be loaded.  Absolutely a book that you need to carry you through the year! This is by far one of the best books that I’ve gotten and I absolutely love iyanlas take on every day. Waking up reading this book and also being able to do the daily reflections has been a key to daily wellness & mental health.

Excellent book! This can be a daily meditation resource for anyone. The readings inspire deep reflection, self-improvement, and creativity. I read this daily and sometimes complete the journal prompts. I even share the readings with others. I am purchasing more to gift this book to others.

A very wonderful book. Iyanla always has a straight, meaningful and in depth way with her words and expressions which makes it relatable, enlightening and great teaching experience. The daily devotionals are not long and will not take up much of your time, but the time you give the devotion must be to its fullness if you want this book to transform your mind, heart and life choices. I recommend this book to anyone feeling "stuck", lost or realising that they have to change a pattern in their lives if they want true contentment, simplicity and love.

I am shocked sometimes reading the passage for the day and seeing how relevant it is to my day to day life. I was going through a really rough time and I had stopped reading for a couple months, when I picked up the book and turned to that day, it was exactly the message I needed to help me get out of my funk! Iyanla truly understands the pulse of the black community and touches on issues that are far too common within our community (and I’m sure applies to others as well). I would highly recommend and have bought copies for my sisters. It is one of those books you can read everyday for the rest of your life.

Great to pick up quickly to insert a bit of reflective thought during the day. I love me some Iyana!

I bought this book for myself and ended up getting another as a gift for a friend. It is a beautiful read and each day you have little reflections which I love. I'd recommend it to anyone.
