Recieved my Glucosamine 1500mg tablets. Best place to buy these. I take one every day , easy to swallow and they definitely do help a lot with joint pain. Fantastic value for money

I've we been taking glucosamine for a couple of years now and I’m 54. I find them hugely beneficial as I’m getting older and knees are starting to crack going upstairs etc 😂. These were an amazing price for a years worth of supplements and a good high dose at 1500mg. Brilliant value and my usual Holland and Barrett ones couldn’t compete. BE AWARE though. These supplements are MASSIVE. It’s like a horse tranquilliser 🤣. I don’t have any issue ever swallowing tablets or medication and never for the big throw the head back thing and make a big show of it etc, but my god, I really struggle with these bad boys. Their size and shape are awful to swallow. These make me gag as it’s an obscene unnatural size for the throat to accept. They’re quite chalky in consistency so they’re very easy to snap in half, which I now do, but still find them difficult because of their square-ish shape. For the great value and high dose I can put up with it, but they are seriously difficult to get down and once snapped in half the edges are rough and sharp. A very difficult shape to swallow. Not the usual rounded edges, or flat oval shapes you get. Ignore the reviewer that says you take two of these a day. That is totally inaccurate. The bottle instructions say take ONE a day only!! That’s very clear. It also makes these very good value at one a day too.

These pills are ridiculously HUGE! My husband had to give up on them altogether and I also experienced problems. Breaking them in half is no good because as others say, that only results in more sharp corners. So, because I wanted to see if they actually worked and had bought a double pack, what I did was grind them up (electric grinder, the powder gets everywhere) and we have been taking a coffee spoonful each day stirred into a half inch of juice, because they also taste horrible. The good news is that they seem to be working on my “clicky hip”.

I have to take a few pills a day, I take around 5 in the morning all at once with no issue. These however are a nightmare, way too big. I can't swallow 1 whole. I have to break it in half, and even then sometimes can't swallow it without crushing it. Also, the taste when it's crushed is not great.

These work! We have been taking these for a few years now and it's when you come of them for a few days that you realise how good they are.
