This stuff is incredible!! The flavor is amazing, mixes well, and has a great balance of vitamins and nutrients! It’s hard to find an electrolyte powder that offers this much. My whole family has started buying this stuff and I can’t wait to share it with my athlete friends.

I do Not recommend this powder. I tried it for over 2 months. By the end of this time, my electrolyte levels were abnormal (I get regular labs drawn for medical reasons) and I started having muscle aches, cramps, and headaches. I started feeling more thirsty after drinking it. As soon as I switched back to my previous hydration packets, I felt much better and expect my labs will reflect the change. Added 2 stars for flavor and convenience of a scoop vs individual packets.
