Does that motor have a 10mm shaft? If it does, then yes, they can be used together. If not, then no.

Q: what belt do i use with this pulley?

I used a Gates brand timing belt. Width of the belt and tooth pitch are the key. I think I used this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CMIIZ0U/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I don’t know about htd, but yes, it’s roughly 1.2” diameter. I used it with a few different 15mm belts, and it worked great.
