This knife is nice to hold and is very sharp. Scarily sharp. Cut myself the first time I used it.So I bought anti-cut gloves and now much more confident to use it. Slices through chicken breast snd steaks like butter.Lovely wooden handle. Nice to hold.Going to buy more of this rosewood series.

Wonderful Tool!
I was delighted to find this as I don't think this model is made with the rosewood handle anymore. It's easy to use and easy to maintain, it's not bling, it's a proper working tool.

Comfortable to use
Comes razor Sharp. Nice deep blade for controllable cuts. The weight of the knife helps cutting also but it feels great in the hand. I have medium size hands (glove wise)Sturdy and I expect this will out last me if properly cared for.

The only knives to have in your kitchen
They stay sharp for ages.. i wash my victorinox knives separately in the sink so as not to ruin the rosewood handles
