Thick, silky smooth, ultra creamy, plus the fruit mixture on the bottom is the best we’ve ever tasted: real coconut flakes, crisp tart lemon, decadent raspberry and strawberry rhubarb …you get the picture. After decades of weaker yogurts this is truly a gift for your tastebuds and a joy for your mouth (I’m a foodie, so not exaggerating). We have this 3-4x a week for breakfast. And while it is not a low calorie yogurt, we simply cut a few calories at dinnertime on those days. Life is too short not to enjoy good food. It’s also quite filling. We mix-in 1/4c fresh seasonal berries and it easily carries us through until lunchtime … no hunger pangs means no mid-morning snacking :-) On occasion we’ll have it for lunch instead, on those days we know we won’t have time for a lunch break. It’s a quick and easy healthy option, all you need is a spoon and napkin. It also comes in variety amazing flavors. It’s worthy to note that Whole Foods seems to have a wider variety of flavor options than the other mainstream supermarkets in our area. Enjoy! The blueberry has pieces of blueberry on the bottom that you mix in with blueberry syrup. It has to be stirred in. It has a wonderful creaminess and great mouthfeel. I love it and I'm sure you will too. It is also inexpensive and a great value.
