I am unsure what an NPT fitting is. If you are using it for scuba diving, this works with the hose supplied. If you are trying to use another hose, you may problems. Not sure this will help you.

Just bring it to Home Depot and try all the fittings that’s what I did

Q: How do I contact Cressi for a warranty claim? The octupus did not work properly after purging and a mixture of air/water was delivered through it.
