AR200 Automatic hose reel 6 m

Great bit of kit! Had a loose line until I got this . Always tangled up in something. Plenty of length for my work shop . Beware very strong retraction.

Easy to use and easy to install

As other reviewers have pointed out, this is a nice compact unit and is ideal for a small workshop (6m version reviewed). In fact, it was smaller than I'd imagined - exact sizes shown in the photo. Construction seems solid enough, particularly the swivel mount which is nice and sturdy. The hose seems good quality too and works at my 90psi desired pressure with no problem or leaks. The 'tail' which connects to the compressor is a little short for my liking, meaning I had to mount it lower than I wanted without an additional length of hose. Also the stop block on the retractable hose is mounted quite a way back from the end (much more than in the photos). Yes, you can move it, but I found there wasn't enough room in the case to accept any more hose anyway, so left it where it was. Overall though, these are small niggles and I'm very happy with it. And if it helps anyone, the hose terminates both ends with a 1/4" BSP Male fitting. So you can add your desired quick coupling as long as one end has the required 1/4" fitting. For me, I'm connecting to an Aldi Workzone compressor which has PCL XF quick connections.

I fitted this unit in my garden shed where it is used for powering all manner of air tools, use is light duty but the unit appears well made & has been installed for a few months now. No issues to date & performs perfectly. Would recommend.

its handy no winding or putting hoses away this air hose reel does it all, Im happy,

Good little unit, compact but with a solid swivel. two screw mounts. If struggling use the sparky trick of getting a piece of paper putting it over the holes and punching through. instant template. The hose itself is good quality should last. The rewinding mechanism has a good pull to. Great for a small workshop.
