They are supposed to be ultra but found them a bit on the thin side

Glad to have discovered these pads. Most brands cause me irritation but these cotton ones are so comfortable. When ordering in the UK allow plenty of time as they come from the USA.

Was expecting to be much softer than they are and not very long. Will not buy again.

The pads are nice and wide to facilitate good coverage and comfort. There is also the added comfort of knowing that there are no harmful chemicals to be concerned about. I plan to purchase this product again.

good hygienic product. only fault really: they do bunch up & no matter how much you stretch them out, they do go back to that shape....so does not cover as much because of that. JUST DO NOT MAKE THEM AS WIDE AND THANKS.

When I first got these pads and opened them I thought, “wow these are huge!!!!” and wasn’t sure I would actually be using them or not. They’re much larger (double the size!) than the ones provided by the hospital after the birth of my baby. The size eventually came in handy as I had a small hemorrhage and I was so pleased with the length and thickness. I experienced no leakage. I almost always felt dry (I think for the purpose of urinary incontinence you would feel entirely dry). They are incredibly durable! There was no reaction to my skin and I am so thankful for the quality of the material in such a ‘sensitive’ area. Something I do want to mention (maybe TMI) is if you do plan on using these for postpartum and have quite heavy bleeding, shave your lady bits just a tad. I was letting everything heal so I hadn’t touched up down there and my pubes actually stuck to the dried blood and that was like a free wax I wasn’t expecting. Ouch. Overall I would use these again for another baby. In my personal use, I used them all. For an uncomplicated postpartum, you will only need a few of the pads but they are worth it!
