Worth the money
As advertised and super easy to use. Hot chocolate tastes great an quick to make.

Quick and easy to make hot cocoa with minimal effort
This is a great machine. Easy to use. It makes delicious cocoa. The matching chocolate mixes are frightfully expensive, but brand name cocoa drink mixes work just as well.

Doesn’t work with powder cocoa, makes small amount
I’ve been making hot cocoa with real milk and real powder cocoa, and I thought this unit would be an upgrade, given the looks and the price. The problem is that the powder cocoa doesn’t get dissolved, the unit doesn’t process it and it comes out in clumps. Also, it wants you to only fill it to the line, which is a small cup. I returned it, I’m sticking to the more affordable units that work much better.

Wonderful Taste
We really enjoy how smooth and good the hot chocolate flavors are. Also, like the ease of the maker. We got the Christmas Avent Calendar and enjoyed getting a chance to taste the various flavors. Surprisingly there was only one flavor that wasn't a favorite, but it was still good.

Amazing and effortless hot chocolate in just 2 minutes
Awesome product and well worth the price. Takes just 2 minutes to make a consistently smooth cup of hot chocolate. Very easy to clean. Will be exploring other options for use of the chocolate flakes as the Hotel Chocolat one is from the UK and on the pricier end

Do not bother
The product makes good hot chocolate-but it does not work on a consistent basis. To expensive for something that does not work all the time.
