Product is extremely useful. However the soft gel capsules are stuck with each other and have formed a lump. Company must take immediate action to improve the product.

It smell really good..far better than others. But the given nutritional information is given per serving (i.e. two soft gels) not per soft gels, which is at times confusing if not read properly. So 690 mg Omega 3 is per two soft gels (serving size) not in one soft gels. Before comparing this product with others consider this point. One plus point is that it comes in superior triglyceride form, whereas most of others come in ethyl ester form. Though high in price scale in comparision to other similar product, I would say one of the best Omega 3 supplement available in India.

This is a huge step up from the cod liver oil capsules our parents (my mother!) used to force down our throats. These are soft capsules with a lemony flavour (don't bit them though!). They go down easy and they don't give you those fishy burps and the indigestion that usually comes with these. The price though, is a HUGE wtf. Extremely expensive. I'm docking a star for that. Also, your daily dosage will have to be 2 capsules so you will go through these in less than a month. For this price, that's daylight robbery.

No smelly burps and this seems to provide needed omega 3 as you can feel the change after some days of regular consumption.

I really like this Nordic Naturals Omega-3. The best part for me is zero fishy taste or aftertaste — no burps, nothing. You just take it and move on with your day. The capsules are fairly large, I take two in the morning, but they’re easy to swallow and don’t cause any discomfort. The bottle is big (180 softgels), so it lasts a long time. I take Omega-3 because my diet isn’t always perfect and for overall health. I also have PCOS, so this supplement is part of my routine. I trust Nordic Naturals because their fish oil is purified and made from wild-caught fish. Very happy with the quality and will repurchase.

Supplement is good for health thats why I ordered but it came in such a messed up condition. Felt like it has already opened and closed plastics and seal was half opened already. I’m not satisfied with this package action.
