What is the minimum size cabinet for this sink

Generally, 33-inch cabinets can be used, or larger than the sink.

Can i clean this in the dishwasher?

It is so easy to clean I have never had to put mine in the dishwasher!

Where is the minimum cabinet requirements listed?

I don't know but a 22"x33" standard sink fits well in a 24" x 36" cabinet. If you had a cabinet that was 34" wide it would still fit but very tight.
